Top notch flavor and texture!

Wanted to give premium salt a try vs table salt. Watched an Apple TV+ Omnivore episode on salt. Received our package today and packing was good. They also send me some premium cinnamon, cardamom and cloves as a gift. Will def order again based on customer service alone. Tomorrow I’ll cook with the salt.

I really like the texture and flavor of this salt as a finishing salt on my steaks. The flakes are soft almost fluffy in texture so you don’t get a hard crystal of salt on your steaks. 3 oz is a good quantity for me. It fills my salt cellar about halfway up so I can still fit my spoon. I can also use up 3 oz in a few months and replace it with fresh salt.

I received this package very well boxed. I can tell this company takes time to present itself proper. The box was beautiful, the salt was well packaged, and there was even a sample of other products, along with a easy to read small brochure card. This company really made me feel as if I got my money's worth. Thank you.

If you know someone who believes all salt is the same, please give them this. It is amazing and the absolute best salt I’ve ever used. It is my “secret ingredient” in all my baked goods. I have also used it in savory dishes, breads and butters— it is the best.

This is a great value and they send 3 extra seasoning gifts which was unexpected and nice. I would certainly recommend this product and company!!

I’m sure it’s very good but I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet.
