The media could not be loaded. This is my 6th camera of this brand. The customer service is outstanding. They will help you right away if there are any issues or if you need any help adjusting the settings. It is super easy to setup the camera and add it to the app. The same cameras can be added to the family members’ app, with the only difference that they can watch the recordings or view live footage, but they can not adjust any settings.What makes this brand versatile is that you can either insert a micro SD card, use 7 days of cloud storage for free, or pay an inexpensive monthly subscription to get enhanced features, like animal, car, or human recognition, to name a few, as well as many other enhanced features. With the free 7 days cloud storage, the camera can pick up passing cars or bicyclists, but for me it is not an issue.Depending on your circumstances, you can adjust the length of recordings, sensitivity, motion detection, and many other components.The solar panel works great and is charging the camera to 100% at all times. The cord from the solar panel is pretty long, which allows for more flexibility. One thing to note is that this camera is black but the solar panel and the wiring are white. There are 3 mounts with screws that are included in the box as well as a sticky tape. For the camera, you can pick a regular mount or the one using the magnet. I really like the magnet. The night vision can be adjusted (infrared vs. white light), depending on the lighting and the location. For darker areas, I like white light mode at night because it provides me with a better picture. The microphone and speaker are good too, you can clearly hear the person you are talking to and they clear hear you.I have included a video of delivery that we missed to show this camera in action. This camera is perfect for our needs and I am really happy with my purchase.

Bought 4 of these for my 5th wheel trailer. Nice magnetic mount between camera and base. App works very well with lots of options. Resolution on the camera is pretty good even at night.

Camera is decent. However, if purchasing to use alarm don't. As of today, they took the alarm setting off my 4 cameras I used it for. Maybe going to have you pay for this function.

I recently purchased this camera after doing a lot of research looking for a camera at this price point. Even though I only had this camera for a few days it has not failed to disappoint. It came with two mounts: the typical screw mount (reference picture) and the magnetic mount which is shown in the advertising picture. Both mounts are quality and I feel secure using them. The set up was EXTREMELY user friendly using the Dzees Home app which is easily downloadable and extremely user friendly. The app is free to use and includes free 3 day cloud storage or you can use a SD card up to 128 gig. If you opted for the paid version of the app you receive more cloud storage and some enhanced features (smart AI detection). Videos and pictures are easily downloadable to your phone or shared with others via email, text etc... Battery life so far has been exceptional. I have only had it operational for three days and have played with the camera non-stop. The battery is down to 85%. Obviously, the higher number of recorded events and viewing of live footage affects the battery life. I am sure the battery life will be extended, once I have it finally configured. The camera appears to be well built and has an IP 66 rating which is suitable for the most demanding situations. The daytime and nighttime footage is also extremely impressive. One of the best things I like about the camera is the customer service. Other reviews have stated this and I can not comment enough. I contacted Dzees support to have some questions answered before I purchased this product. Within hours I had my reply which was very friendly, and answered my questions clearly. I will update this review within a few months if anything changes but honestly, at this point the only thing I can see changing is my satisfaction level even going higher as the camera ages. Would I purchase again - Most definitely! Thank you Dzees for a quality product and incredible customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I have bought a few of these cameras in the last 5 years and they seem to work pretty good. Always get a warranty just in case it starts acting up. But worth the price and sound and picture are good mainly after a few months of buying it. The picture starts to fade a little after about a year but for the price not bad.

It was very easy to set up, it took me less than 5 minutes to install. I already have other cameras of this brand so the app was already installed. I just had to add an additional camera. I love that it is magnetic which makes it conveniently portable if a camera is needed in a different location. That being said, it should only be installed in places where its not accessible to others. Mine is on my gated back porch so that is not an issue. It also comes with a regular screw mount too if you choose not to use the magnetic mount. The plug for the solar panel fits exactly in the space on the bottom of the camera so you don't have to worry about water leaking into the charge port.**Also just want to add how great the customer service is for Dzees. I had a faulty solar panel and with one email they had already shipped me the correct replacement part. They are very responsive and super helpful!

Pros on this camera are easy connectivity as long as you are near your wifi source , a relatively stable connection and ease of mounting / aiming the camera.Cons are slow 2.4g wifi , this model with internal antenna does not work nearly the distance that the previous model with external antenna did. Also , phone only access , you cannot use PC for viewing.

Works well. Range of view is good. Solar panel doesn't seem to charge battery much. I created large windows of scheduled sleep for the camera to preserve battery life. I was hoping to never have to climb up and remove the camera for charging. It will last about 2 weeks with dogs in the yard.UPDATE: Bought a second one and had problems with the solar panel. (mismatched plug-in) These folks do everything they can to avoid you or reply with any message that makes sense. They will keep asking you questions to delay fixing a problem.Go buy a Ring.

This is my 2nd Dzees camera. They have very clear images, excellent sound and fairly fast trigger speed. For the price I highly recommend them. I have asked several questions pertaining to battery, sleep and charging and very quickly had Sunny or Judy respond with the answer. The staff are great. Battery lasts a long time without charging and lonly take 2 hours to fully charge, but I drilled thriugh soffit and ran the provided charge cord through to garage then plugged it into an outlet and left the cord plugged into one camera. Its fully charged all the time. The other lasts at least a month charged and I’m playing with them all the time. So easy to install and bring on line. Thanks Judy and Sunny for your support.

Arrived on time. Easy intallation and good quality filming with many useful & optional functions to set.The only issue is the battery life that is way shorter than described. I charged it to 100% and it came dead after three weeks…

The actual live video is good quality, however it does not record at all after only one month. I get notifications of movement but no recording. I installed an SD card so I can now get video, but no motion notifications. There is no way to clear the SD card on the app.Would not recommend if needed for safety requirements.I have other cameras and this one is the least user friendly/reliable.
