These would be better if the lids sealed so that spills can not happen.

Domicare reached out quite quickly and sent two replacement tumblers, both in perfect condition. These engrave rather nicely, and I'm looking forward to making more with them in the future!The tumblers themselves seem sturdy enough, but two of the four pack I purchased came split on the bottom like this. I bought these in September for a laser project I was starting on this week, so I can't return them. Hopefully Domicare reaches out to get something figured out!

Holds heat really well. Good size. The negative is the drinking spout doesn’t close. Variety of colors allows everyone in our family to have their own.

If you're someone like me who enjoys sipping your coffee slowly in the morning and have been sick of other travel mugs that let your coffee cool down too soon this is the product for you! I bought two of them. They will keep my coffee warm for hours. My only disappointment is there is no moving cover or any cover to prevent spills from the sipping opening but if you look at the photos in their product listing you can clearly see there is no way to cover the opening so it's not as if they're misleading anyone. Mugs like this are usually selling for around $20 each. This is a great deal!

Certainly keeps coffee hot. I have to take the lid off to let some heat out but I'm one of those people that can't drinking piping hot coffee. So if you like your coffee to stay hot, this does great!
