This container is absolutely perfect for my sous vide. It’s large enough to fit everything I’ve cooked so far and the metal grates work perfectly for holding my items under the water level. The insulator keeps the heat consistent and the lid reduces evaporation. All in all, it’s the perfect set up!!

Just the right size for most sous vide packages. The wire barrier rack works well to keep the vacuum packs completely immersed without using weights. The one minor drawback is the lid. It's not very insulating. When I get time, I'm going to cut a piece of foam to float on top and keep the heat in better.

This is just what I needed to make my Sous Vide easier to use! It is easy to fill, the lid fits great and my Sous Vide clamps securely to the side. (Anova) It also seems to hold the heat for longer cooking times. I have enjoyed using the racks to hold my food down and in place. (I hated trying to find ways to hold my food down in the water!) I was concerned that this would not be big enough to cook some of the items we enjoy (multiple racks of ribs, pork shoulder) but so far everything has fit and cooked up great! I would recommend this item.

Bought this for my husband as a Christmas present! He loves it! Made wonderful, tender steaks. That's all we've tried so far.

Great solution! The metal grate holds the package of food down. Before, I had to use a heavy spoon or other object to keep the food submerged.

Originally purchased the plastic lid as it was recommended by Amazon for Sousvide Art model, didn’t fit. The silicone lid is universal and has a much larger opening for your sous vide cooker. My cooker is 2-3/4” diameter and there was room to spare. I like the design better of the hold down grate vs the racks like others have. The sleeve will help maintain temp.
