Love this white noise machine. Had previously been using an app on my phone. Tried the myhummy bears but these were too quiet, tried YouTube but that had issues so finally decided to get a proper machine. This one is fantastic. It’s for our baby but chose this over the one with the nightlight as he sleeps better in complete darkness. A selection of white noises, all are really relaxing. I previously hated the sound of white noise but I’m finding the noises on this machine lovely and soothing. Great volume, goes up really loud which I find good for baby. Very portable, small, easy to use and a great price. Happy mummy, happy baby here 👍

I had this product plugged in in my baby's room and today, it was not responding to any button. It keeps going, I can not turn it off but it is no longer charging so eventually it will stop working. I want to complain to get a replacement or refund. It should not break after less than 5 months of using it. It was expensive.

Best thing in the world, not only does baby sleep well with it, so do we . Just brilliant, just plugs into any adapter or computer to charge, and can hold a charge for at least 12 hours, and doesn't stutter or slow down when batteries are losing there charge, consistent noise all sleep time. Great to take in baby travel bag as it's small and tough.

Loved the sound and my baby (and I) are hooked on this to sleep. Unfortunately when the machine is low battery the sound changes to a high pitched ringing sound. Today (four months of use) it has started making this all of the time and won't go away with a charge or when plugged in Could the seller please contact me? I can't see any option to return/arrange replacement or contact you and it is now unusable.

This little device works a treat for my 5 week old daughter, to help her settle during naps and at bedtime. I leave it on all night, it’s an absolute godsend! Cuts out anyone else in the house moving about, opening doors, flushing toilet etc. Really simple to use, quite literally an ‘on/off’ button, volume up and down buttons and a change of white noise button. Really loud if required. Well worth the money for a little bit of my sanity back! Quick delivery and sufficient packaging. Highly recommend, especially to all my fellow sleep deprived, falling to bits new parents lol!

This item broke after 3 months use. It was stuck "on" and none of the buttons work. We have to put it in a draw to run the battery down. None of the buttons work and it won't charge. Really expensive when we could have used an App - we wanted something really reliable but its not good quality for the price

Great product but it broke (stopped charging) just after one year of usage after the warranty finished. I previously also ordered a second back up machine but it was faulty and would nit turn off so I returned it to amazon

Huge fan of Marpac Dohm. I have a sensory processing disorder & my parents got me used to white noise at an early age. However the big Marpac Dohm version is quite heavy/ big if you go on a trip. This version is amazing - perfect travel size with another calming opinion as well (relaxing waves). definitely works for infants- but was originally developed for people with sleeping disorders. you can change it via USB. delivery was fast.

Battery can go a good run with one charge. I put it on charger during the night when I put the baby for the long sleep stretch and don’t need to move it around so much. Still, I don’t have to charge it every night. The three sounds are quite alright (soft and gentle and cannot hear a loop even if there is one), volume levels are good - I enjoy the option for rapid increase/decrease of the volume, when needed. I like that the size allows to put it my diaper bag or a purse when out. Best feature compared to other sound machines I’ve used, is that there is no timer - baby sleeps peacefully without getting startled each time a timer runs out.

It is small and light. We use it as baby sleep aid. On the down side, it will last about 2 nights before we run out of battery. It will play while charged but issue may arise if not removed every couple weeks. As we don’t travel with it, in retrospect perhaps we should have bought dohm. However it is definitely a good buy.

The hush 2 fits in it but it's very tight. Quality is very good

Back in the old days, when I lived in Austin, Texas, and not everyone had air conditioning (it was a LONG time ago), I slept with a fan in the window to try and keep cool at night. It helped ever so slightly. But the interesting result was that the sound of the fan drowned out the sound of the neighborhood, thereby decreasing the incidence of noise intrusion into my sleep. I found that even after I actually HAD air conditioning, I missed the sound of the fan. First I used a tower-type air purifier type thing thinking at least that would be DOING something besides making noise, but that unit became another thing to take care of, cleaning the filter, dusting it, and moving it out of the way when I had company. I happened across the Marpac noise machines and started using those. LOVE THEM, but they didn't provide much in the way of controls - and they were LOUD. They eventually made a smaller "travel" model, with various international plugs and dual voltage, which I purchased and took with me all over the world. These had better volume controls and the ability to change the type of sounds (rain, waves, etc.) Ah ha, hotels now became more bearable: No more elevator pings, less chatter from the neighbors and less hallway interference. Then, I accidentally forgot to change my plug adapter from a foreign trip for a US trip. Shocking. I had to sleep au naturel. It drove me crazy, so I got out the next day and went to a Best Buy store. They don't really sell over the counter white noise machines. So I purchased a small, portable baby sleep machine, which I still take with me for travel because it operates on 3 AAA batteries so I don't need to charge it. But when I got home, I went back online to Marpac and found they made a smaller version of my old sleep noise machine with fewer bells and whistles. It is MUCH smaller than the old one I used to bring with me on trips, and is also much quieter. Yet somehow, it works very well. I'm sleeping as well as ever, but can't sleep without it. So between the portable battery operated one and the USB charged one - I am sleeping like a baby - at home and abroad. LOVE these machines and recommend them to everyone who is sleep challenged. Could just be the ambient noise in your room/house/hotel that's keeping you awake. But, beware, it's habit forming.

Despite its size, this unit packs plenty of oomph, providing as much or as little white noise as needed. Plus, it is portable. Very happy.
