The product is truly a game-changer; I can't wait to wash and condition my hair! My hair is soft to the touch and so smooth. I bought the No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 8 and the Oil. All products have exceeded my expectations. But my first order of Shampoo No. 4 arrived without a pump top. Replacement bottle also arrived without a pump top. So, now I'm buying $6 universal pumps on Amazon because it will cost me more in gas to make the returns and risk that the next bottle is missing the pump top too. This review is really for Amazon & Olaplex purposes so they can solve the mysterious missing pump top problem (and, no, they didn't fall off inside the shipping box.) Also, it only occurred on the bottle of shampoo, not on the bottle of conditioner if that helps to know.

I love what Olaplex 4 and 5 do for my hair. I was buying the normal size over and over and didn’t like that I had to store the bottle upside down to use everyday. This larger size is more cost effective and I get the perfect amount each time with the pump and can actually store it right side up! And no mess. Because I use less now (since I can better control the amount) I think it lasts even longer!

This product is my go to product. It leaves my hair smelling nice, helps with frizz and it moisturizes too. These products are top shelf!
