Good product
Great product, works well. The only thing is that we did have to cut a little bigger hold in our door in order to make it fit. It was easy to set up and easy to use. It is convenient for our family.

Good quality, good price
There are a lot of these WiFi deadbolts available for purchase. I liked the ease of installation, the ease of following the instructions, and the overall operation of the locks. The only time I've had a problem with them was when the batteries got almost completely discharged the first time (6 months after install). I didn't know they were so low because I turned off notifications, duh. Like the title says, these are a good quality, reliable deadbolt at a good price. Love them.

EXTRAORDINARY
I replaced a Yale lock that I could not connect to remotely. The lock has a separate plug into an outlet that facilitates connecting to Wi-Fi. Never work from the beginning The keypad worked but not having access, defeated the whole purpose The only reason I bought EUFY was the price. For under $100 it beats the Yale and the Schlag locks by $150 or more It is package beautifully. The instructions are simple and clear. And it was very easy to install. It was extraordinarily easy. It connected to Wi-Fi without a glitch I’m going to buy another one for the door opposite this. And then when I get back to our other home, I’m going to get one for our front door and replace the Yale lock. The yale like has to connect through wink. After I had it for about two years wink decided to start charging me five dollars a month. EUFY is a no-brainer. And now I’m going to look into more of their products.

Simple and effective but a battery hog
This is a nice lock with a quality look and feel. It has simple features that work well. The app is intuitive and not buggy. I was able to connect to WiFi and pair it to Alexa easily enough. We can remotely open or close the lock if needed and importantly check if it's locked at night. Even better, we have it set to automatixally lock after a very period of time during the night hours. Notifications work well. The touch pad is sensitive and recognizes the code right away. The installation instructions were clear and had no issues swapping out the original deadbolt. Our house is about 20 years old. the deadbolt seems about as secure as the one it replaced. The unit does beep when inputting using the touch pad and when it locks and unlocks which sets off the dogs. There is a somewhat loud mechanical sound as the deadbolt is moving. The deadbolt latch on the inside does feel a little floppy - not in a non-secure way but it has slight play which is a minor knock on quality. The biggest drawback for me is the unit is a battery hog. Four double As seem to last only about 4-6 weeks before it will shut down WiFi. I let it go for several months without replacing them and it contined to work without WiFi, so that's a plus. But without access to the app, it loses some key features of having a WiFi enabled device of course.

Bad locks and worse service
I purchased 2 of the C210 models smart locks for my Airbnb property. They worked great at first, and the app is nice but after a few months both units kept draining the batteries. Eufy sent me another set and those were even worse. The batteries drained every week. I can’t have the locks go out with guests staying. I wanted to work something out with Eufy…maybe an upgrade to C220s but a manager, Shane, said that the company doesn’t do upgrades and to return the locks to them and buy other locks. So Eufy wants to lose a customer over $40 (the price difference between C210 and C220 for 2 locks). So my buddy, Shane, emailed me a return label to send all 4 locks back to Eufy. I purchased another brand of locks that manager Shane suggested I do (assuring me in an email that I will receive a 100% refund), had my property manager install them, box up the Eufy locks, and return using the label my buddy, manager Shane, emailed to me. He is now saying that the label is invalid and that I should check with USPS. That is not my problem. It is Eufy’s problem. My PM sent those locks on Nov 14, 2023. I received notifications on my phone on Nov 25, 2023 that the locks had been opened indicating that they arrived at the Eufy facility. My buddy, manager Shane, is refusing to, not only refund my money as I was assured, but also refusing to check with his receiving department. Very poor locks and even worse customer service. If I actually get my refund, I will update my review. UPDATE Dec 6, 2023 My buddy, Shane, is now making excuses about why he will not refund my money despite saying “rest assured” I will get a refund. His stance is that the return label was not activated. Umm…thought it was invalid. Eufy generated and emailed the label to me. Now it’s my fault?? Watch out if you plan to buy a Eufy product which is owned by Anker Innovations. UPDATE Dec 29,2023 I finally received a refund after contacting Anker Innovations directly. It only took 3 months. The Anker rep was apologetic and hoped that this incident wouldn’t affect my feelings about purchasing from Anker/Eufy in the future. My response was that she, (yet another “Debbie” in those companies”) should be more concerned with Shane who could care less about customers or his company and to let me know when Shane was removed from a managerial position then I would change my star rating. Within a couple of days, I received another email from “Debbie” stating that male Shane had been removed but a female “Shane” (she actually used quotation marks) had been placed. Sooo…my ONE star rating remains because I did finally receive my refund, but no more stars for lying and insulting my intelligence. Bizarre folks over there at Anker and Eufy. Good luck to you if you buy their products. I do NOT recommend.

This lock is advertised as capable of locking/unlocking via BT. This is not true. The customer service I contacted claimed application unlocking is what is meant by BT but it is not BT, it is wifi unlocking and clearly needs a connection to the company server. In other words, one has to be connected to the internet to unlock it from within application. After I stated this simply fact the agent got disconnected.

Like this, had it a few months now and like the way it works and sends notifications when door is locked and unlocked.

I use this one for all my units. And it's really good. For those who expirince often disconnect ussues. It cause your wifi router is bad. It works perfectly on 2.4 GHz network channel 1. If you router starts messing with frequencies or jumping on channels, the connection will be lost. Other than that no issues at all. Works very stable, doesn't drain battery. Honestly, nothing to complain about. And app is quite good. It's reliable and always works.
