Omg!!! This works like the drills that they use in the nail salon. It works so good and comes with different attachments. It sands down acrylic and gel very easily. I decided to stop going to nail salon to save a little money and this tool is perfect.

I'm a hospice nurse and started using this when I do nail care for my patients. I saw a podiatrist using one (actually a Drumel) so I got similar one from Amazon. Patient's love it. Makes it easy and fun to do nail care.

Disclaimer: I am not a professional nail tech. I have been doing my own nails for 5+ yrs and I only do my own, however this little e-file is way better than I expected. I thought that it wouldn't be tough enough to aid with shaping and removing thickness with my acrylics. To my delightful surprise it really is. Now that's not to say that it's going to replace my full size e-file from now on because my full size can do it faster but the e-file I have is old and I know its been through a lot so I know I'm going to have to replace it soon. But I bought this little e-file out of curiosity since it has a decent rating so I decided to give it a shot and if it turned out well maybe I could have it as a last resort e-file should my old one conk out on me mid set. I have had it for a few weeks and I have done two full sets on myself and it held up way better than I thought. The bits it comes with will get the job done for those who don't have better bits so that's definitely a plus. I did do a set using only the bits it came with and it did fine. It comes with 12 sand bands which is enough to hold you over for a while but I guess if your application technique still needs refinement and you end up have to remove a lot of thickness then you'll burn through those much faster ( I know my technique was when I first started). Either way it's a good idea to buy a bag of the sand bands, they're inexpensive. It is rechargeble so no need for batteries. I have to say that this little e-file was a delight to use and I definitely recommend it for those who don't have an e-file because it will definitely help speed up the time it takes to file through a set (hand filing sucks and it's tiresome) and can't afford to or don't want to shovel out a whole lot of money for a bigger file especially if you're only doing your own nails anyway. I will definitely use this in a pinch.

Great quality and efficient, I didn't have any issues switching tools, using or keeping the charge. I buffed down my gel overlay with no issue or damage to my own nails.

Took a while to get a bit in, but once I was able to get a bit in, it was great. It did what I expected it to do and so far, I've been quite pleased. Great purchase!
