It's good for making soup base as well as adding it in the pasta. Fresh and tasty. Always good to have it in the freezer

Bought and froze these waiting to cook them for a dinner party. What a disappointment! I noticed when cleaning them that they were not firm. By the time they were cooked, they were falling apart. Had to chuck them in the bin:(
