I have been taking phytoceramides for about 6 weeks. I do think there has been an improvement in how my skin feels and looks. It is winter here in the UK and normally after I wash my face it feels very dry and I have to apply cream/ lotion straight away. Now sometimes I actually forget,so my skin must be feeling more moisturised. It doesn’t look any plumper overall and I still have dark circles under my eyes but I do feel the fine lines around my eyes are diminishing. I think most supplements need 3 months to fully work but I am pleased overall.

It's my second bottle. The first bottle was okay. Not sure if it improves my skin or not but got a second bottle to try anyway. The capsules in the new bottle I received has a pungent stale smell. After taking it, I burped with a gross stale taste in my mouth. Returning it. Will try another brand.

My skin seem smore clear after using this product several months.
