Great pattern great customer service!
I saw this pattern and thought it was adorable and would be easy to make. I looked on Amazon for it and the description and the packaging both said Hardware was included. I ordered the kit as well as additional hardware and zippers to make more. The kit was not a kit it was simply a pattern with no Hardware. I was very disappointed as I felt $15 was a lot to pay for just the pattern. I contacted Amazon they made everything alright. Since I had bought additional Hardware I was able to go ahead and make the fobs so I was very happy there very happy with customer service. The pattern is straightforward well-written easy to do. And the company was easy to work with with the issues of the incomplete kit.

Love the look
The only comment I have is that the pulls are for decoration only...you'd have to be a contortionist to actually close the zipper around your wrist. Love the look, though, and the ease of zipper placement!
