Great phones, quick set up, practically new appearance.
I ordered two of these phones and not only were they in great condition, it was SO easy to switch from our older phones to these "newer" ones. We actually went from the iPhone 7C to these iPhone 14 series. I'm sure many already know the ease at which you can now just do that side by side switch-over, but we'd gone so long with the 7C we were unaware of this and wow was it easy. The hardest part now is to get used to the newer designs and functions the models have after the iPhone7. And it's not really all that difficult, it's getting used to the button placement that I keep forgetting. LOL Both phones had virtually no damage that was easy to see and both work great. One has a tiny scuff mark on the bottom side, but you can only see that if you look real close. I would have thought they were new were it not for the refurbished card that comes with them. The charging cord is also in mint condition. So far we are very happy with this purchase.

It’s wonderful (Read All)
It’s an amazing product and works wonderfully. The camera works, the screen is clean, it practically looks new out of box minus the little tiny corner scratches on the edges (which isn’t noticeable.) The price did go up in a span of a week, so I’m glad I got it. If you’re interested definitely don’t hesitate too much. I did however go through a rough time getting my delivery. Not because of the seller but because of the shipping from UPS. Which caused it to get delayed by a couple days. Nonetheless I’m happy with my purchase & will be ordering from this seller again!

Non genuine Apple parts used to refurbish iPhone.
I didn’t want to spend $1,000 on a brand-new phone for my older mother, so I thought a $400 refurbished iPhone would be a smart, budget-friendly choice (especially since it would be her first iPhone). We went to our wireless carrier to add her to my plan, and right off the bat, the phone was set to a different language. It took two employees 15 minutes just to switch it to English. We proceeded with transferring her phone number over and basic setup of the phone. When we got home, I created an Apple ID for her and tried to add her emai…then I saw a red notification in Settings that said, “Unknown Part.” Tapping it revealed a message stating “Unable to verify if display is a genuine Apple part.” Are you serious? So now, after spending my entire Sunday setting everything up, I’m going to have to undo it all and return this phone. I’m furious. Beyond furious. My mom doesn’t understand phone plans; my dad handled all of that, and he passed away recently. I added her to my plan to help her and to make sure that she has reliable way of communicating since I moved to Texas, and she’s back in California. We set up her phone during her one-week visit out here and she is set to fly home tomorrow. The phone is already tied to mine and my husbands plan, and her plan she had with my father is cancelled. And for anyone who has ever dealt with changes on a phone plan knows that the main account holder is the person who has to do everything. Which means I will need to send my mother home without a phone until we get a new phone and I drag my husband once again down to the store to connect the new phone, I’ll have to reset up the new phone and then mail it from Texas to her in California. And all the while, will have no way of contacting her… and she will have a phone to contact anyone. The fact that the phone was repaired using non-genuine Apple parts completely derailed everything. This wasn’t an accident—it was deliberate. The seller knowingly passed off a product with unauthorized repairs as a legitimate iPhone and charged accordingly. That’s not just misleading—it’s fraud. A simple refund isn’t enough. This seller should be removed from Amazon Prime, and Amazon needs to do a better job vetting Prime sellers. I’ve always trusted Amazon to ensure its Prime vendors are reputable, but clearly, that trust was misplaced. Lesson learned.

Awesome buy!
Bought one for my daughter since her 16 plus broke due to her dropping it 🤦🏻♀️ No issues with the phone. Came with a charging cable. Battery life holds up pretty well. Glad I found one in black at a good price and she prefers the screen size of the 14 compared to the 16. Can’t even tell it’s refurbished because the sound and quality of the phone are amazing as if it were brand new. No scratches, dents or cracks! Happy with my purchase!

Near Mint Device That Works Perfectly but Lower Battery Health
The phone's exterior was in excellent condition, with only a couple of tiny paint marks along the edges. The screen and the rest of the exterior looked near mint, easily a nine out of ten. The added screen protector was a nice bonus, and I did not see any scratches underneath it. All of the critical functions worked normally, including Face ID, the touchscreen, the camera, and iMessage, and I had no issues activating it on T Mobile. The only reason I dropped a star is that the battery health was 82%. For a phone listed in excellent condition, I would expect something closer to eighty-nine percent. Overall, it is a perfect fit for my elderly father, who upgraded from an old Samsung Note 8.

PHONE FALLS APART DONT BUY!!!!!
5 stars for better traction. Reality is 0 stars. As soon as i opened the box, i thought the phone was a knock-off iphone. Battery life was at 83% when i got the phone, and was EXTREMLY slow. Please do not buy these phones, huge waste of money. Not only has the phone been super slow, but the very VERY next day, the backing of the phone popped off because who ever did maintenance did a terrible job. Literally the phone was falling apart. The battery inside the phone, doesn't even fit inside so the back just popped off right away but dont try to push it back on! It'll crack your phone. Terrible phone, terrible maintenance, i DO NOT recommend buying this phone. I bought this phone November 20th.. it's now December 3rd HARDLY 2 WEEKS and i already need a new phone. I want my money back asap. Entire backing is falling off because battery inside doesn't fit, super super super slow phone, huge input/output delay and volume issues- will go quiet randomly. Touch Screen hardly works half the time. Last night both my face ID and flash light was not working. TERRIBLE PHONE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Ordered as it was shown. Working fine and had battery life of about 88%. I would recommend to buy this refurbished product than invest in brand new one.

I wish I could write this review on the new phone but i can’t get it fully written before my phone shuts off! Why is it shutting off you may ask? It’s because I got sent a phone with a non genuine Apple battery so not only does the phone not know what to do, the battery is horrible and continuously shuts the phone off and on and the phone gets extremely hot. It worked great for the first day but after that it’s been absolute hell on earth trying to do anything on it before it shuts off. The only way to fix it is to spend probably over a hundred dollars to get a battery replacement, that’s a hundred dollars I could’ve used to potentially get a better phone or literally anything. Other than that horrible issue it works like it’s supposed to and I do expect it to preform normally once fixed. I’d watch out for this big time because it’s not the kind of issue you can ignore.

This iPhone 14 turned out better than I expected. It came on time, there was no dent, the phone was super clean like a new phone. The four star is just because of the charger it came with. But everything else was Great

Battery health was 85% so good enough. Really no issues with the interface itself, a little cosmetic issue bc of the previous owner's phone case, just visible marks and scratches but after that, the phone itself is as good as the price
