Neoprene coating gives grip and avoids damaging laminate surfaces. Good wide grip area for 2 hands. No rough edges.

A REAL SWINGING TIME !
Quality product which compliments my 20kg PROIRON kettlebell. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift is it's primary use which I can do from home whenever I like. They're are plenty of video's on YOU TUBE that are good but the two I would recommend are Squat University and The Bioneer.
