Came on time, good value, looks good & just what my wife needed, gets everything in with space to spare.

I got the black bag and it’s beautiful. The zipper is smooth, the quality is amazing, there are lines on the bag that make it look more natural leather and the bag comes with a thin protective bag for when it’s to be stored in your closet. 10/10 recommend and would buy again!

Nice quality for the price. Side pockets are surprisingly roomy. Zips are decent quality. Other reviews mention gaps either end of main zip but you'd need to have small child sized hands to fit down them. The one downside is that in my opinion the strap is too narrow for the size of bag. The bag is a good size so could hold quite a lot of stuff and then this would be uncomfortable with such a narrow strap. I wasn't bothered by it though as was planning on switching it out for a colourful wide fabric type strap anyway which I have done and it looks great.

I needed a purse to fit my iPad and lunch for work and this is just perfect! It fits everything and has great extra pockets for everything else.Super happy with this!

I knew it wasn’t leather but it’s not a very good imitation. I like the bag for days out as it’s very roomy but it does look cheap

The only little things were the front pocket lining, though large, it seemed to narrow, so much so, that on removing my phone, the lining came out, trapping part of the phone casing.The zipper for the main pocket seemed unfinished so one end of the zip didn't quite close the bag, whilst the other end dangled and kept twisting, leaving gaps big enough for smaller items to fall out or small hands to access the contents.No complaints otherwise!

Nice bag for the price .it has plenty of room and the pink colour is just right not too garish. It seem well made.
