Perfect for mounting on my Steamdeck
I have this battery mounded to the back of my steamdeck to keep it charged when I'm out and about and gaming. Charges fast, holds a lot of juice. Would recommend

Used - DO NOT BUY
This product came scratched and banged up, pretty obvious of previous use. I bought this product with the expectation of being NEW. Will be returning and never buying from this brand again. I really needed one of these to take on an up coming trip. I was really hoping to test and make a good review for those who needed a charger for a steam deck. Please save your money.

Sufficient for phones, not so much for laptops
This power bank is a largish and heavy brick. It chargers fairly quickly and it does do power delivery properly, which is great if you need to charge your laptop on the go. It is simply to use -- plug in power or a device and it charges/discharges as appropriate. No fuss. The downside is capacity. This pack packs quite a lot of energy but, in my experience, it doesn't come close to the numbers the advertisement claims. Back of the envelope estimates show that it could charge my mid-range 2020 smartphone from empty maybe 3-3.5 times; my crappy 3-cell laptop battery can go from 0 to about 60% on one full charge. A laptop with a bigger battery would probably get maybe 30-40% of charge before the pack runs out of juice. Maybe some MacBooks can be charged 1.5 times like the description says, but definitely not the old school pro ones with Intel CPUs.These numbers are objectively decent and sufficient to be useful, but they aren't what what the advertisement claims. This pack is a useful gadget to have around, though for the price and the claims I wish it had a bit more capacity.

Large and In Charge
I seem to have a problem where I think I always need more batteries for travel and being out of the house on adventures even though it's been a long time since I had a phone die on me! None-the-less, this power bank was larger than expected, although the dimensions are given at the bottom of the product listing. It claims to offer 10 recharges on an iPhone and I plan to put this in my Bikepacking adventure bag to charge up all of my devices on multi-day trips. It came with a USB-C cable, and it would have been nice if it also included a power supply. The charger comes in a nice box and feels well made. There are very minimal instructions. There is a power button, which I'm not sure does anything other than tells you how much charge is remaining.

Solid portable charger
The Techsmarter portable charger has a solid, quality look and feel. At 13 oz and dimensions of 5.25” x 3.25” x 1.0”, it’s heftier and larger than other portable chargers I own. According to the unit’s specs, however, it also has much more capacity than my other chargers, so the extra size and weight are not surprising. The unit came in a nice, sturdy box which would be great if you were giving the unit as a gift. Inside the box are the portable charger, a type C to type C cable, and a trifold sheet of paper listing features and specifications (no actual instructions). It should be noted that a wall charger is not included, nor is a cable to attach to a standard USB jack, so you’ll need either a charging block with a type C jack or a type C to USB adapter cable. I happened to have the latter so I used it to charge the portable charger. The unit has a small window on the front that shows the level of charge. There are three jacks on the top of the unit: two standard USB jacks and one type C jack. The USB jacks are output only, while the type C jack is input (for charging the unit) and output. It’s always a good idea to have backup power for our electronic devices, especially when access to electrical outlets is scarce or nonexistent. I’m happy to add this fine portable charger to my backup power options.FOLLOW-UP — The claim of 20000 mAh appears to be accurate. I used this portable charger to power a light projector that draws 2 amps of current. Converting 20000 milliamps to amps is 20000/1000, or 20 amp-hours (20 Ah). Therefore, the portable charger should run the projector drawing 2 amps for 10 hours — which it did.

Large capacity charging brick
This unit is heavy. It seems very well made (tight seams, good finish), the numeric lcd display shows its state of charge (0-100%). Unit stops providing power when phone or tablet is fully charged. Time will tell if this unit will actually provide 20,000 mah, so far it takes 50% of its capacity to charge a 5,000 mah phone.
