The media could not be loaded.  It's always a struggle to keep my koi pond clean. This is defenitely a game changer. After 24 hours the water was almost clear, after 48 hrs, I have no complaints. Haven't gone through the cleaning process of the apparatus, but it didn't seem too difficult from the booklet it comes with. Very happy with this purchase.

When the product arrived it was packaged fine and was undamaged. After sorting thru all the boxes and items that came with it. Set up was very simple. The filter was to be put to use for my 1000 gallow koi pond but hasn't really been able to be fully utilized. For the first few weeks it seemed to be working just fine, until shortly after the return window had went by. After that the UV unit seemed to have stopped working, the bulb is fine. It appears to be the actually UV unit that attaches to the wtop which lelet water in and short circuited the unit. Overall it would of been a better product if the craftsmanship was a bit better.

Cleaning is not very easy, especially the bio balls but overall the filter works good.
