Q: Is your thieves oil organic and therapeutic grade?

It's therapeutic grade, but I don't think it's organic.

Q: Is this the same as, say YL Thieves oil? What does the "Four" mean? Does it have other oils added? I am new to all of this so any info would be great!

Once you try the Eden's Garden Four Thieves' you will not use other brands.The quality of their oils and blends are phenomenal.

Q: Can I use oils in my Steam Humidifer, have no difuser.. Humidifer has tiny area put meds on top, hot air blows over. Or mix with the water??

Yes if there is a tray for meds. Should be no problem. I have a Green Air diffuser and it has a tiny little flat place on try inside of top lid and that is where my oil goes. Just remember to clean unit often. In my Green Air I wash with vinegar and water. If it gets built up it can damage the motor in the bottom some way.

Q: Can I pour this in a roller bottle and use it directly on my skin?

Yes you can! i just dab some on my finger and rub it on my temples that way. I had a headache the other day and I used some on my temples and I put some on my hand and my headache went away
