Genuine Dell battery as advertised. As expected it works great.

Easy replacement, fit just like the original. No complaints.

Second time buying a replacement, Original battery lasted 3.5 years, this one lasted 2.5 year. Just installed a 3rd one, hoping it lasts a few years as well.

While I can certainly say this battery was very easy to install. It took about 5 minutes to install and everything has worked very well the last couple days. The initial battery life is great. Not sure of the overall battery life down the road or the longevity as I just bought the battery but so far it is working very well.

This has been an expensive disappointment. I decided to spend the extra money on the Dell OEM battery to ensure I was getting a high quality product. Needless to say, I have consistently been experiencing poor battery performance, even when using modest energy settings for my laptop. It seems this unit is not manufactured to the same quality specifications as the original battery. I now have to keep my laptop plugged in constantly but the battery is only 1 year old.I won't be buying Dell products in the future. I advise you to consider doing the same.

I was skeptical at first to order this figuring a OEM dell battery cheaper then what Dell was selling for, took the chance and when opened the box to my surprise an actual Dell Battery. I Have my laptop back to running for 5-6 hours like it was when New.

I thought I could save a buck and bought a 3rd party battery for my Dell Inspiron 15 7000. After several attempts and countless hours it did not work. The moral to this story is Only Buy OME Parts!! Received the Dell battery, installed, did the 3 charging cycles and all is good!! Now getting 6-9 hrs of use. Highly recommend!!!

Bought this in spring of 2023 replaced a bulging battery and found that it held a decent charge. Skip forward in time a year to summer of 2024 it was only staying charged for 45 minutes to an hour. As of August 2024 this battery doesn't hold a charge for more than 15 minutes when the laptop is not plugged in.Was considering buying one again, but after watching a YouTube video on counterfeit batteries from China I decided to spend twice as much and go directly through Dell. I'm no expert, but using all the knowledge I gleaned from a 10 minute YouTube video I decided to compare the direct from Dell battery with this battery. They look the same with one major exception - the screen printing is different, on this battery. It's less crisp, slightly off center, and a darker shade compared to the new battery directly from Dell.Are those printing differences a sign of a well made knock off? I don't know. Given that this battery lasted slightly over a year before being almost useless, I'm leaning towards possibly. Wish I had taken pictures with both batteries out, next time I open up my laptop I'll definitely do that.
