For about 4 months, the phone was absolutely great but then it started to lose functions and now it can't do a lot of things. I can save photos from apps, I can't screenshot, I can't post on social media unless I restart and post within the next 2 minutes of restarting. I can't post videos. I can barely do anything on this phone and I haven't been able to fix it. GPS, calling, and texting work but that's about it. The seller has yet to help me with this issue as well.

Ordered one for my wife. Phone works very well till now for few months. However, the charger is very strange. It doesn't fit regular socket. It has 3 feet. I have to find a transfer for it. The worse issue is the charger doesn't last long. It doesn't work well now.The seller did not likely to help me to figure out the issue. I wish the issue could be fixed sooner.

Ive had this phone for a few weeks. I absolutely the Huawei user experience. Build quality is amazing. 2nd phone in Mate product line. Far from disappointed. Thanks Huawei
