Apple iPhone 14 Plus, 128GB, Midnight - Unlocked (Renewed)

I'm not into paying new prices for phones, nor do I care about incremental upgrades every year. If you're like me and got about 8 years out of your last phone which was on its absolute last legs and needed replacing, you probably found yourself here trying to find a deal. And, I think I might've. Because of what I outlined above, I opted for a three year old 14 Plus (unlocked) model to replace my beaten and worn XR. The condition I opted for was the middle one. The phone came right to life and the battery health showed 85%, more than acceptable. There were very minor scratches on the side and around the rear camera, again more than acceptable. The scratches on the side were completely covered by a case and the ones around the camera don't affect its function and honestly probably won't even be noticed by others. The screen was mint and so was the rear glass. The phone I was sent must've been from an Asian region as the language that came up by default was one I didn't understand at all, but it wasn't difficult to swipe around a bit and get it changed over to English. Saw a couple others note that as a complaint, but it really shouldn't be one. Took mere seconds to get the language sorted out. Zero complaints with function as of day one. The setup and transfer went seamlessly. Will update in the future if anything goes wrong, but as of now I'm happy with my purchase, a couple blemishes and a couple model years for about a quarter of what a new rig runs you for is a good deal far as I'm concerned.

Since it's Renewed (Amazon's refurbished program), I was a bit cautious at first, but it arrived in excellent condition—no visible scratches, dents, or issues with the screen. It was fully functional right out of the box, charged quickly, and set up seamlessly with her Apple ID. Being unlocked, it works perfectly with our carrier, and she appreciates the 128GB storage for all her photos, apps, and music without constantly worrying about space. My daughter (who's picky about her tech) has been raving about it non-stop: "Dad, this feels like a brand-new phone!" She's especially happy with the big screen for reading and the all-day battery that means she doesn't have to hunt for chargers constantly. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars—great value for a renewed unit, especially compared to buying new. The phone is 5 stars but the experience is 4 stars. Phone works perfectly, I was able to verify that it's a genuine original manufactured iPhone, the battery life is great, and it works exactly as it should. So I'm thrilled with the phone. I've been using it for about a week now. Charges great on the magsafe charger as well. The problem I have is with customer service. Before I purchased this phone I read all the reviews and recall someone else bringing this up, so it still seems to be an issue. Or possibly it just happens on occasion and I happen to get a phone in this situation. The problem is when the seller gets the phone and does whatever it is they do to restore or refurbish it, they need to then erase it completely and set it back to original factory settings so that when the consumer receives it, we turn it on to the "hello" screen and can set the language and take it through the proper step by step set up. What I received was a phone that had already gone through the set up process and it was in a different language. So I was completely stuck as I don't speak Chinese. I had no idea what buttons to press or how to fix it because of course it was all in Chinese. Luckily, I figured out to use my old iPhone and try to recognize some of the icon images on the screen of the new iPhone and match side-by-side the steps on my old iPhone the best I could and it ended up working where I was able to erase this phone and reset it to factory settings to get it to start up on the "hello" set up screen so I could choose English as the language and go through the proper set up. The customer should never have to go through this much trouble as the seller should be providing the phones already ready for us to set up and not have us have to work magic to try to figure it out as many people are not super tech savvy and this could really be quite frustrating. It's a simple thing, but it's a big thing, and the seller really needs to be aware of this and not continue sending phones out that aren't ready with the set up screen for the new owner. With all that said, the phone works great, it arrived on time and I'm very happy with the phone and if I were to purchase another refurbished phone I would probably buy it from this seller again as the quality is good. Maybe my set up was just a mistake and maybe they deliver it properly most of the time, not sure.

I purchased the iPhone 14 Plus (128GB, Purple) through Amazon Renewed and it has been fantastic. The device arrived exactly as described, in excellent condition, and works perfectly. Battery life is great, the camera is sharp, and the phone feels just like new. No issues at all so far. Highly recommend this as a reliable and cost-effective option if you’re looking for an almost-new iPhone!

I am happy with this phone, there is no complaint. It looks brand new, there is not a single scratch or scuff mark to be seen. Everything is perfect. It came with a charger and the block to go with it, and I was sent a SIM tray pin as well. It was perfectly wrapped in the box. The only thing that bothered me is the seller ignored my message when I asked if it was an eSIM or dual SIM, as a lot of reviews said it was eSIM. Other than that, go get this phone! It looks new right out of the box, and the battery life was at 87%.

I just received my iPhone 14 Plus and I’m very happy with the purchase. Even though it’s a refurbished device, it looks and feels completely brand new. The battery health is 96%, which is excellent for a refurbished phone. Performance is smooth, no scratches or dents, and everything works perfectly right out of the box. Packed well and delivered on time. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommend this seller for anyone looking to save money and still get a phone in excellent condition

The phone arrived with some dirt and signs of wear—which I understand, as it’s a refurbished item—but I expected it to be a bit cleaner. More concerning, after setting it up, I started receiving frequent scam calls and noticed multiple attempted logins to my Apple ID from different countries. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this purchase based on that experience.

Good value for the price and was in excellent condition. No problems with it and am satisfied with its performance
