I had high hopes for this treadmill, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the moment it arrived, the treadmill has produced a loud, distracting noise every time I step on the right side. After multiple attempts at contacting LifeSpan Fitness support and diligently following their instructions—tightening the belt, centering adjustments, and even removing and inspecting the motor cover—the problem remains unresolved. I've invested considerable time and effort into trying to fix this defective product myself, following every troubleshooting step provided by the company's customer service team. Despite my clear video evidence showing the persistent issue, the company's support response has been sluggish, repetitive, and ineffective. Rather than promptly arranging a technician or replacing the faulty treadmill, they've repeatedly suggested ineffective DIY fixes. For the price and promises LifeSpan Fitness makes, customers deserve a fully functioning product and timely, effective support. Neither was delivered in my experience. Unless you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical problems yourself with minimal support, I strongly advise choosing a different brand or model. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by looking elsewhere.

Avoid Lifespan brand at all costs. I bought a unit about 6 months ago. The unit was bricked straight out of the box due to what I believe to be defective wiring. After moving/re-inserting the internal wiring it began to work. I regret not returning the unit then. I used it (unhappily) a few times a week for about an hour. After another two month the unit started experiencing belt lag. After 6 months the unit has become completely unusable. It wont hit advertised speeds when walking, it makes tons of creaking noises from the cheap plastic. The support email is slow and generally unhelpful. They expect you to do all of the troubleshooting yourself and refuse to refund you for a faulty product. For the price this is probably the worst purchase I have ever made. I cannot stress this enough, invest a little bit more into a real treadmill and avoid this brand like the plague.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I had a walking pad for $400 that worked better and was easier to use... I wanted to 'upgrade' to this. it uses a VGA monitor connection! $1400 for 2004 technology. The app is HORIFFIC, confusing, and it doesn't connect to Apple health in a meaningful way. RUN AWAY AND DONT BUY THIS. I CANT EVEN RETURN BC THEY REQUIRE ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!!!

I really liked this treadmill. It is quite enough to use while teleconferencing. It seemed very solid but after a couple of months of use it would stop and display an error code indicating that it was overheating. After contacting the company they decided that the control board was at fault. They shipped me a new board but they were unable to find anyone in my area to service the unit. They gave me a full refund. While I wished this treadmill had lasted longer, their customer service was really good.
