I don’t think so. This is s a mineral oil I use in my old 2 stroke engine. Yours is a modern Honda so most probably uses a fully synthetic oil like:- Motul Scooter Power 4T 10W-30 MB, 1 liter Engine oil I would imagine this is more suitable for your bike. If your servicing, you’ll have to check the amount needed.

I'd say yes as I use it in my Kawasaki 750 H2C gear box which tends to put quite a high load on the gears.
