Wow!! Most Effective Prebiotic Supplement

Causes bloating
I recently decided to try this instead of the inulin that I normally take and I wish I could return it because I just finished my organic inulin and started on this product three days ago and my stomach is so bloated. Also, it does not dissolve In my coffee, it leaves a grainy substance on the bottom of the cup

Gut Microbiome health with prebiotic fiber
Quality fiber as prebiotic relative to health and longevity can’t be overemphasized. A healthy gut flora is so important due to the unfortunate gut trauma caused by the conventional western diet and it’s convenience. Please do your research on gut microbiome. High quality product for what you get to optimize health. Expensive but goes a long way. Fiber is survival for us and our gut must have it to nourish gut flora. Great supplement for gut health in addition to fresh Whole Foods. Not a choice for human health.

Just okay
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had good results with my gut health and I’m sure it is a quality product. However, the front of the package says that it dissolves instantly and has no taste. I find these both to be incorrect. I’ve tried cold and hot water. I even used my keurig for hot water thinking it would help to dissolve it. Even after stirring it the entire time I’m drinking it, the bottom is still full of undissolved powder. And it has a distinct taste from the green tea ingredient. Not horrible, but not enjoyable to me.

Great quality
This fiber is an awesome supplement. The taste is nothing to write home about but that was expected considering its a major selling point is the lack of unnecessary ingredients. I definitely recommend it!

Works great, doesn't taste good.
Works excellent, doesn't taste good, didn't expect it to, it's sugar free fiber. Very satisfied, would buy again and recommend to others.
