Great for filtering water, takes the majority of chlorine taste out of tap water . Make water taste closer to spring water

I replace these less than twice a year and they provide all the drinking water for 3 adults because while our tape water is safe it tastes disgusting.These filters take the chlorine out and the musty taste.

These filters last ages and make normal tap water so much better , certainly very glad we bought ours when we did , it's shed us a fortune in bottled water and obviously helps the environment with less plastic waste .

Good product value for money and good service

Africa - there is tap water but you cannot trust it - it runs through broken pipes and the supply is unreliable drawing bad water into pipes - so you can boil all the water you drink which means high use of cylinder gas - wood - charcoal - this is the best solution - we filter all the water - the plastic top we kept but the lower bucket underneath was replaced with a clay pot that seeps ( damp to touch ) - hence the filter water is actually a couple of degrees cooler than the air. However you do not want fake filters - the holes on the candles are to big and let through germs

Do the job very well - making clean and tasty water

Calcium is still a lot and few days after it is precipitated into a yellowish substance at the bottom of the jar
