very disappointed. Having said that the retailer was very helpful ...
The styling head broke away from the body the first time my Granddaughter played with it, on checking the plastic holding the head on was very thin, only the thickness of a pencil tip, very disappointed. Having said that the retailer was very helpful and I returned the dolls head to a store and chose something else for her with no problems at all. I then emailed Customer Service again and they refunded the postage charge as they classed the item as faulty. So five stars for the retailer, but barely one for the product.

Bought for my daughters 2nd birthday, the hair clips are really small so she only uses them when she's supervised but she loves brushing the hair and chatting away to her.

Just recived the Anna styling head for my daughters Christmas present. On first glance im not overly impressed the head is small and doesnt really come with very many accessories. But im sure my daughter will like it just because its frozen
