Good size
Great for a puppy that can't walk far

Purchased the largest one we could.I’m 5 foot 3 - dog is 11.9 kg … it needed a little adjustment as holes for back legs needed to be made a bit bigger - our girls is really chunky.She loves it and the height gives her a new lease of life on longer walks when she is tired.

Have not used it yet but it looks well made and exactly as I expected.
Not sure that I can give a review on comfort as I do not fit into it! I am sure that it will be fine and it has a viewing panel that may suit the puppy.I shall add to my review if I find any issues with it.

Not sturdy or supportive enough
I saw reviews and photos by some people who bought this who have dogs who were about the same size as mine , my Billy is a shih tzu at 11.4kg, although he is only 5 , his short legs can't really go on long walks ! Was having high hopes for this bag , alas it was not sturdy at all and didn't really support my dog , I could see the zips breaking , even though I adjusted the straps , his weight meant he kept leaning forwards , there was no support for my back at all , it could work for a smaller dog half his weight but this definitely cannot carry a dog up to 12kg as advertised. Not sure how those carried their dogs without breaking their backs! I must just be really weak !

Great value for money
Bought this for my elderly Shih Tzu, he loves walks but struggles to walk longer distances. He is 9.5kg and just fits into the large one. My other one is 7.6 kg and its little too big for him, smaller size I think would fit him better. Both appear to be comfortable, easy to get them in, sturdy material. Being able to change straps setting (keep as rucksack or a cross body) is very helpful. Excellent purchase.

Good product could be improved
Works well worn as a rucksack on your back, could do with chest strap especially if you want to wear it on the front as it slips off your shoulders. Straps tend to twist. Could do with pockets to carry stuff.
