Soak Wash full size 375 ml

Very impressed. It saves time, electricity, water, and wear & tear on the garments. I've used it twice, once on a pair of cord jeans and some black bras (which I could put in together as there was no movement involved, so no danger of the bras snagging), once on a white "wool" (could be acrylic of some kind, but very thick) knitted hat. Perfect results. The hat was especially good, as I've had it for about 8 years and never dared to wash it in case it went out of shape, as woolly knitted hats tend to do. But being able to soak it and not have to rinse it or mess it about worked brilliantly. I spin-dried it and am just waiting for it to dry, then it'll be ready to wear for the cold snap that's forecast. I'm looking forward to using SOAK again on woollies. My bottle of SOAK came in the Lacey perfume, which is very slight, not intrusive. Would highly recommend. UDATE The hat dried perfectly, and I've now used SOAK twice more, on winter jumpers. I hope never to be without it!

I absolutely love this stuff. It has totally transformed my relationship with hand washing. Brilliant for bras and delicate woollens! Discovered it about 4 years ago and have used it consistently ever since.

I bought some of this about 5 years ago. I have nearly finished the bottle so this is a replacement. I’m sure it’s more expensive but good value in my opinion. I found it to be an excellent product leaving my underwear smelling and feeling fresh.

This product was recommended to me by my local lingerie shop. I tend to buy underwire bras that have to be handwashed. I get so fed up, that eventually, I just chuck them into the washing machine. However, they are not cheap, and I learnt my lesson when a £35 sports bra came out of the washing machine with the plastic casing around the wire all melted, and the bra cup ripped. I’d only worn it a couple of times.I wasn’t sure about a product in which you could just leave garments for 15 minutes and not bother rinsing. I asked the company and they said that Soak had a surfactant which took the dirt and oil from the clothes and trapped it in the water. ‘Most detergents need to be rinsed because of the soap, not because of the dirt. Soak is a low-suds liquid so there is no need to rinse’, they said.Anyway, I still wasn’t sure so I washed my bras (the water was quite grey). Then, as an experiment, I soaked them a second time. This time the water was clear, not a hint of ‘greyness’ or dirt, so it seems to work! It’s very easy to do and takes no time, and really takes the pain out of handwashing. I thought it was quite pricey, but I bought the bottle four months ago, and it’s more than two-thirds full. I use it every week. The smell of the one I have is quite subtle and not at all overpowering. It’s quite a clean, fresh smell. Would recommend if you have a lot of expensive bras to wash or even other delicate garments.

This is a really good product. Use it for washing wool (especially cashmere) and bras. A bottle goes a long way.Revived an old cashmere jumper to lovely soft jumper

I cant smell the 1 i have got. It does get things very clean i use it for my bras. My self tan mitt was looking dirty so i popped that in after washing my bras did not scrub it just left it and it came out looking like new better than when its been in the washer.
