Dymatize Dyma Burn Extreme, 120 Capsules

I've used this once before, it's great especially when you're trying to give up coffee and energy drinks but are dreading the low energy. I didn't notice if it helped with my eating but I can say I have steadily lost weight while taking this but I have also been working out several times a week and paying close attention to my diet. So as an AIDE in helping with weight loss I would definitely recommend this, you can cut all the calories from your coffee and energy drinks so that right there is a big calorie saver.

I bought this to amp up my workouts and see if I could get the extra burn. I am not sure how well it worked. I was definitely feeling warm and sweating way more than I would have though. It kind of feels like what I imagine a hot flash would feel like when you are on it and not at the gym. .I did 2 with breakfast and 1 with my second meal.I had to stop taking it though because after a while it started giving me the WORST heartburn. Not cool.

You get what's on the label. There are better fat burners out there. Now I know better than when I order it.

Pretty potent. I'd suggest taking half a serving (1 capsul in the morning and 1 capsul in the afternoon or before workout) to start until your body can handle a full dose. if you're used to thermogenics, you may be able to handle the 2+2 capsuls to start with.

I have always enjoyed my fare share of energy drinks, this stuff has helped me turn that into a less unhealthy practice. I take 2 of these in the morning and it really gives me that kick but has also helped me reduce my bf % by continuing my daily life / workouts.
