Q: Does it auto pause and auto resume when the connection is interrupted by a simultaneously connected phone?

If pause is pressed on any the Bluetooth devices it will pause.

Q: Will this connect to xbox elite 2 controller and samsung galaxy ear buds

I can't answer about the individual device but what I will say that I have connected it to at least 6 different devices/All 3 JBL speakers Samsung TVs with no problems It is a very good and is able to pair with 2 devices at a time

Q: whats the bluetooth range ? long range could mean anything

In my house it will nicely drive to headphones at the other side of a room 5m 6m. It keeps going a bit more as you leave the room with headphones on. It pairs easily because it has an LCD display.

Q: I want to connect one mobile phone to two blue tooth headphones. Is this possible with this device?

Hi, Thank you for your question. It will depend on the phone. Some phones allow dual audio already and you would not need this device.
