Great item. My parcels and post are now delivered securely when I am not in. All the couriers are finding it easy to post items. I am pleased with the parcel box.

This has saved me so many visits to the neighbours to pick up parcels. Protects them more from the elements than my mailbox.

I probably should have sent it back since the top wasn't fixed right, but I fed wire through the holes to hold it shut so it looks sturdy, but if anyone tried to wrench it off the wall the top would probably pop off pretty easy. However, I didn't want the hassle or expense of repackaging and sending back, so I went with it. Other than the obvious structural fault, I find it's fairly weather proof, it does get a little wet inside when it rains heavily, but not enough to cause a real issue. It takes pretty decent sized boxes, I'd say most of my regular deliveries. There's just been a few oversized parcels that it couldn't take, but it's been a real boon so far. I don't regret buying it, but for the price I expected it to at least be made properly.

I installed the box in my front garden by the front gate. The box is fine, a slight negative is the key does not feel too strong so use carefully The biggest problem is people delivering parcels, just don’t see it I have no idea why, I even have a colour laminated photo on the front door, delivery drivers that deliver regular love it, but some delivery drivers I suppose don’t look for it as it not common in my area. So one to think about, I think it’s worth fitting as not having one, all parcel, with only have one place to go, that is just left on your doorstep.

It’s very good n gave me a peace of mind. So I’ll never miss my deliveries n I don’t have to sit at home waiting for my delivers. The box looks good n stylish. I picked red colour so can be seen clearly. I asked my brother for the instructions.

No flap on the letterbox. Just a loose hinge wire inside the box. It's too much trouble to return as it took an hour to install. Luckily it sits inside my porch so will not get water inside it. Also two of the keys were too badly bent to use. It was well packed and is otherwise un marked. Must be a factory error . Apart from that it works well. Cannot contact customer services.

Product idea is great, the quality of the box and the internal workings is good, let down incredibly by the really poor quality of lock. The box comes with 6 keys all of which you have to wrestle with to open the lock. Really let down by what appears as a premium product.

With the ever increasing use of mail order, not being home when a delivery is made becomes a big problem. This unit solves the problem really well. Large parcels can be left safely in it and it can hold several deliveries. It works well and seems to be well made though it is quite pricey as it is only made of sheet steel. However, I think it will last well.

Comodissima! Dovrebbe esserci in ogni casa ed ogni condominio. Io l'ho presa verde perché mi sembrava più elegante nella recinzione, ma ora temo che i corrieri facciano fatica a vederla. Verde è veramente bellissima, ma forse col senno di poi la prenderei rossa.

The right box for the job. Works perfect for the parcels. Some rain will enter the box so it is nice if it is somewhat shielded of for the worst rain.

La boîte-aux-lettres est étrangère mais les facteurs/livreurs français n'ont donc aucun pb pour ajouter leurs colis/courriers. J'insiste, car j'ai eu peu à réception ;-)

Wird schon zusammengebaut geliefert, wurde sogar früher als angekündigt geliefert, sehr gute Qualität, stabil, optisch sehr schön, kann die Paketbox nur empfehlen!

Der Paketbriefkasten kommt fertig montiert im großen Paket an und man muss sich nicht mir dem zusammenschrauben irgendwelcher Einzelteile befassen. Die Verarbeitungsqualität passt, er macht einen grundsoliden Eindruck und enttäuscht auch gut einen Monat nach Aufstellung nicht. Er steht bei uns teilweise Wettergeschützt unter dem überhängenden Dach und kriegt so ein bisschen Regen oder Schnee ab, dafür ist er aber bestens gewappnet. Er wird auch seitens unserer Paketzusteller bestens genutzt und hat damit seinen Hauptzweck erfüllt: es klingelt nicht mehr ausgerechnet während der Mittagsruhe bei allen Hausparteien Sturm. Es ist auch erstaunlich, wie grosse Pakete in die Öffnung passen und sicher „versenkt“ werden können - allerdings wird diese Kapazität auch regelmäßig unterschätzt so dass es doch gelegentlich klingelt. Die Qualität stimm also, aber immerhin ist es ja auch nicht unbedingt eine der preislich günstigeren Alternativen. Für den Preis hätte sich der Hersteller ein bisschen mehr ins Zeug legen können und keine englischsprachige Beschriftung sondern eine deutsche anbringen können. Was auch teil des Marketing dieses speziellen Paketbriefkastens ist: der eingeklebte Barcode soll, Registrierung vorausgesetzt, von Zustellern eingescannt werden können und damit als Zustellungsbestätigung dienen. Das ist bei uns bisher noch nie passiert - und ich glaube mittlerweile nicht einmal, dass das in Deutschland überhaupt funktioniert, da weder bei Versandhäusern noch der Paketpost eine solche Abstelladresse standardmäßig angeboten wird. Ist jetzt aber kein Drama, da auch die Paketlieferdienste die Postbox als zuverlässige, wartezeifreie Zustellungsadresse gerne sehen. Der zweite Punkt der mich etwas enttäuscht: Das Schloss zum Abholen der Pakete ist von sehr einfacher Natur und hat die Schlüssel-Nummer ausgerechnet auf der Außenseite der Box angebracht so dass jeder den beim nächstbesten Schlüsseldiensr nachkaufen kann. Für mich wichtig ist die Qualität der Verarbeitung und die Wetterfestigkeit - an diesen Fronten enttäuscht die Paketbox nicht.
