It works so good
For the price, this is probably the toughest and nicest looking rack out there. Your gonna need help cause it is pretty hard to put together. But I've never had a problem, never had to re-tighten bolts. It's been the best. I recommend this track over any high quality expensive tank out there cause this is it, and super cheap. 10 out of 10

Solid and sturdy with minimal flaws
This is mounted on my 2020 F-150 with a 5’5” bed. Overall, it is easy to assemble as long as you have some mechanical inclination. I assembled this and mounted it myself within about 2.5 hours of solid focus. With 2 people, probably would have cut installation down to 1.5 hours.TIP: The nuts and bolts are all metric. 6mm hex key bolts but I had to use 5mm on some of them due to built up coating. The mounting slots for accessories such as gas can, axe and shovel are close to 1/2” across so if you’re using quick fist attachments, I would suggest large washers and a lock washer when mounting anything.Installation is relatively self explanatory once you get the first crossbar put together. If you’re doing this by yourself, I suggest mounting each crossbar independently and then attaching the center and side panels after all 3 cross bars are set. Tighten down the bolts that attach the side panels to the cross bars but leave everything else hand tight until you get the length and width fit correctly to your vehicle. On the opposite side, I have my high lift jack mounted horizontally with a Loc-rack brand jack mount. it’s very sturdy but because of how the mounting slots are lined up, the jack doesn’t sit perfectly horizontal.I’m planning on mounting a jerry can on top or possibly just replacing the small gas can I have mounted in the picture. Either way, there is no sagging or buckling anywhere and even without following the instructions, I didn’t have to take anything apart to refit it.

Better than I expected
Bed rack arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Shipping is in their wheelhouse. All the parts were included that were supposed to be. 1 bolt head had a split from manufacturing but worked completely fine. There were minor bends in the sides of 2 leg sections like what video reviews show. The bends don't interfere with the installation & are completely straight by the time you finish.I sorted all the parts & only needed a 6mm Allen wrench to assemble. The instructions are decent. I would suggest they say how many bolts to use for each step to ensure you don't miss anything. You can use the photos from the Amazon ad to get a better idea of where to place the bolts. Just make sure to put the 12 longer bolts on the clamps.I finished in about 1 1/2 hours working alone. No extra parts after completion. I love it. Extremely sturdy & I can walk on it without it flexing at all.

Damaged on arrival
Damaged on arrival which is clear the quality is subpar. The paint is flaking off and the metal is bent.Merchant wants ME TO PAY to return something that came broken. No thanks you can pick it up or send a paid postage label. The cost for me to send back is more than I paid.

The Brackets
I installed this rack on my 2017 Silverado 1500. I used a folding table with a 2x4 (on edge) running the length of the entire table on either side to make it easier to finger tighten the nuts. After the skeleton of the rack was assembled, I placed it up in the bed before putting the side plates on. This made it a little lighter and easier to maneuver. The install majorly slowed down when I went to install the mounting brackets. The bed on these trucks have a lot of built out contours which didn't allow the mounting brackets to slide up behind the bed rail. My OCD kicked into high gear at this point. Rather than simply use heavy self-tappers and screw it to the thin bed rail lip, I set the front and rear brackets as far apart as I could while still being able to use the provided mounting plates. This made the overall length of my rack about 55 3/8", so I lost about 7" of space to mount all of the stuff that I'll probably never need, but looks cool lol... I had to tear off the bed cover tabs that come through the bedrails with a pair of pliers in order for the brackets to sit flush underneath the rail. For the middle legs, I ended up spacing them evenly from front to back and was only able to install one bolt on each by drilling it out and running one of the provided bolts/washers/and nuts provided. The rack is sturdy as hell and is not going anywhere. They really need to come up with a better solution for mounting these things to Silverado's... This becomes very apparent when you read any review written by Chevy owners...

Could be better
This is ok for the price. Some of the parts came bent and it did not fit my 2016 Silverado like it is supposed to. I had to do some modifications but I made it work. It is very sturdy and not hard to put together. Overall, im not overly impressed but I wouldn’t tell anyone not to buy it. Just be prepared for some minor hiccups and have a plan for self modification

Roof top tent rack
Good quality with a tuff look. You'll need to re-tighten screws after a while.
