I'm not sure why I didn't see more than one review on the size of this bracelet. There are children advertised in the photos however I would be very surprised if this actually fit properly on them. I bought it for my 6 year old and it was wayyyyyyy too big for him. It fit my wrist. :(. I did manage to adjust it by breaking the onyx with a hammer and then retied the bead blocking knot on both sides. I had to remove 4 beads for it to fit. Not great! If you take this route I would suggest putting paper towel completely around the bead because it shatters like shards of glass everywhere. So now the ties are a bit long but better than being wasted.

I bought this as a confirmation gift and was upset that the string broke immediately upon wearing. Replacing was easy and I hope the second one is still intact.Replacement item broke again. I will be returning for the second time and not replacing.
