Perfect for my physical therapy needs
It's a simple device but if used is effective at building muscles in arm slowly. Very effective.

Helps My Shoulder Feel Normal Again
I picked up the Vive Shoulder Pulley after my PT suggested I needed something simple to keep working on my rotator cuff at home. After just a week of 15-minute daily sessions, I noticed my range of motion improving—things like reaching overhead or putting on my seatbelt got easier. One day, I pulled a muscle after lifting boxes, and this pulley was a lifesaver: gentle pulls helped me loosen my shoulder without pain or needing a second PT visit. The pulley glides smoothly, the foam handles are comfy, and the over-door bracket is solid—no slipping or creaking even when I lean back a bit.My therapist even asked where I got it; she said it’s comparable to what clinics use, but for way less money It’s become part of my recovery routine—compact, effective, and easy to travel with.

Cost is reasonable too...made in U.S. A.
This is very close to the one I use in hospital therapy. It is easy to use and comes fully ready to use. Compact and easy to travel with.

An under the radar life saver…
The over the door pulley system is truly a miracle worker for shoulder rehabilitation. I tore all 4 ligaments of the rotator cuff as well as a bicep tendon. After undergoing surgery and wearing a sling for 6 weeks, it was time for physical therapy. While the process was going to be a long one, anywhere from 5-9 months, none of my progress would have advanced without using this first. Simply put, it allows you to use the good opposite arm to lift the injured one. Every first try will have some pain, but in days that wains. It’s a beautiful device that keeps you in control, gaining strength and mobility without tension. It’s so critical to go slow in the beginning stages as the rotator cuff can easily be re injured. Who wants more surgery? The device has held up well for 8 weeks now, nice soft handles, adjustable, smooth operation. This was the first and cheapest of the devices available I had seen on Amazon. I wish I knew of this system prior. IT is a vital part of a home gym. Great warmup for the mobility and stability of the shoulder joint prior to swinging activities( Golf, hockey, baseball, tennis, etc). The common mistake is applying tension, resistance, or weight TOO SOON to an injured joint or muscle. It’s such a fun easy fluid movement with each arm assisting the other in a symbiotic pendulum like motion. This device involves all of your core, back, and traps to provide an overall upper body development. I find it addictive and use it 3 times a day for about 10 minutes. Put on some music and begin healing. .

Bought post stroke for home. Occupational therapist was impressed.
Had a stroke in Dec. Damaged left side and was in hospital and rehab for a month. Had months of additional home therapy. Saw this and thought it might help. Not super heavy, but similar to one at rehab. When OT saw it and how well it works, was very impresses, especially considering the price. Said she’ll remember it to recommend to future patients. My arm was starting to freeze up, and this using this made a huge improvement. Just using a few times (15 reps each time) and I went from raising my left arm from hip height to shoulder height. You just need to remind your brain that it can be done. It only took another week of stretching my arm with it, and I was raising my arm straight above my head. It works even better if you are exercising both arms at the same time. If you could use something like this, don’t wait. Especially at this price. It’s well worth trying. Good luck.
