Absolutely stinks
Not sure if the smell is normal for liquid latex. But defo not a smelly good for health. Otherwise I am pleased. Managed to get 3 casts done... Took a few days to set and dry. Easy to use and worth the money. Would buy again

Exactly what I needed
I used this latex rubber to finish a punchneedle rug I made. I applied (pressed on) 2 liberal coats to the back with a small decorators brush and left to dry for 12 hrs between each coat, before cutting off the frame and binding - it gave the rug a non slip, durable, but flexible backing and I was super impressed with the final result. We will see how the rug stands the test of time, but it has held up perfectly in the 3 months it's been a thing.Side note: make sure you clean your brush STRAIGHT AWAY; I stupidly left mine and it is now pure latex haha. Luckily it was a cheap one and I can soak in solvents to soften it back up again if i get waste-guilt, but just as a warning.

Very thin to use
I know this is intended for dipping or applying with a brush but it was so thin I had to coat a small statuette 8 times before I was satisfied the latex was strong enough to demould. I think anyone who buys this should get some hardener at the same time. In saying all that the eventual mould turned out great and certainly picked up the finer points of the statuette so I was quite pleased but next time I will add some hardener to my order, which will save a lot of time when making the mould

Used to use this daily,
Then after covering the item a few times.. I’d make a plaster cast for it, fill it with fast setting clay.. balance it in a pot, then unmodulated, sand down, paint etc.yep hard long hours but worth the effort
