A Serious Competitor to the Huy Fong Rooster!
When we had that terrible Huy Fong shortage a year or so ago, I tried many different "Srirachas" and hated them all. I love Tabasco so I gave it a shot even though the shortage is over. It's really good. It tastes like Sriracha and a bit of that distinct fermented Tabasco flavor too. I don't like it better than the rooster, but its super good in it's own way. Now I have to have both from now on.
