It’s simple and does what it needs to, there’s nothing negative that I can find with it. It works well and the filters are good at keeping hair and gunk out of the water. I have one kitty and it’s usually good for a week before needing refilling. It’s easy to clean as well. And it’s cute watching him drink his water.

My cats absolutely love it and I don’t have to worry about changing their water bowl often. It saves me a bunch of time and I know that they’re drinking clean filtered water. It’s also very cute.

First and foremost, my cats love this fountain. They were unsure about it at first because they'd never had anything like it, but within a day it was a clear favorite. Unfortunately the pump failed three months after purchase, which concerned me because it was outside the Amazon return window. I clicked the name of the seller, TBCPetOfficial and then ask a question. I explained the issue and steps I had taken to date to troubleshoot the issue. Soon I was contacted by Taylor asking for my address for a new pump. Taylor was kind and helpful throughout the process, and I'm definitely willing to purchase more products from this seller.Remember, any product can fail, so the important aspects of a product should be whether it works for the purpose it was made, and how the company handles the events where there is a failure. By this metric, they are definitely a five star company.UPDATE: the new pump arrived, my male cat has been depressed while the fountain was not operating. He watched with slightly more interest than he has been as I put the pump together with the fountain and pre washed and soaked the filters, and got very excited, active and affectionate once the fountain was going again.

I do like the fountain but the overflow ports are too big and unnecessary. I would have a lot of bugs and food getting into the tank after only a couple of days. I put packing tape on the top and bottom of both of them to seal them off, and even with the flow rate wide open, I have no issues with overflowing. Now the water actually goes through all three filters properly.I don't really have any trouble seeing the level even though I'm color blind. It usually lasts about a week with multiple cats, so it's nice not to have to refill it every day.My only other gripe is that the wall adapter that came with it broke apart after a couple of weeks. I have a bunch of spares though so barely an inconvenience, but like any fountain of it doesn't have power, my cats can't get water.The tubes are a little difficult to clean as I lost the included pipe cleaner but that one's on me. Otherwise it's easy to pull apart and clean thoroughly.All in all, as long as you don't mind some minor modifications and have a spare adapter, definitely worth it.

Easy to set up, stays clean longer than other fountains, super quiet, easy maintenance and cleaning, and did I mention all my cat's love, love, love it! 😻

I like this fountain and our cats love it! It runs quietly most of the time and is fairly easy to clean. This is our second one because the pump on the first one just stopped working after 6 months. We kept the water and filters clean, so it wasn't that it was clogged or had trouble filtering. We're hoping it was a fluke and that this one lasts longer.

All of a sudden it no longer works correctly. I clean it from top to bottom weekly but for some reason it just stopped working and no matter what I do it will no longer work. I surely expected it to last longer than 1 year. Will have to purchase something else.

Holds quite the volume of water compared to other similar ones I've gotten in the past. Works great and not much really to assemble. Our cats now are new to something like this but even or older grumpy cat took to it rather quickly. Being clear is nice too, being able to see the water level. I'd buy it again
