I like the fact that these can be cut in half. Something to know about saffron - it will produce nausea, if taken in a full 88.5mg dose every day. That's why it's an appetite suppressant. I only need around 20mg a day, which is a hard sized dose to find. So it's nice that these can be cut to fit my needs for eye health.

Great supplement blend; noticed the appetite suppressant effects but not sure it did much for mood. Despite the lower mg of saffron I found more mood support from taking the olly happy worms.

Caused a lot of bloating.

The flavor isn’t the greatest, but I’ve had way worse - it isn’t particularly offensive, it just isn’t something I’d go out of my way to eat more of. But they’ll do for what I need! They’ve helped my stress level and my mood without throwing me into a manic episode, which is amazing for people with a mood disorder like myself (but everyone is different, I’m not a doctor). I’m happy with these, and will continue to purchase.

I wanted to try this because I read a study that said saffron was an effective Appetite suppressant. First of all, that aspect is subtle but I was surprised at how my attitude and mood improved after about one week of taking every day. These gummies are definitely worth the cost, taste delicious (which makes them easy to take) and have improved my mood and energy

I do not find that they curb my appetite or help me sleep but maybe I need to give them more time. They taste very earthy. Most likely will nor rebut.
