Nice design, easy to use.
I say nice design, realizing that the design of oximeters is pretty much universal. The all white outside with the green leds makes for a clean look and it's easy to read the results. I think that the spring on this unit seems slightly stiffer than others I've owned. I was going to take a star off, due to the units inability to pick up an accurate pulse if the user is actively in A-fib, or some other arrhythmia.

It's a great medical device that helps you keep track of your pulse and O2 levels. I would recommend this! It's a great value for your money, small in size and very handy!
