Works perfectly
After plugging in my 4K cable into the docking station it worked perfectly, had no problems with the USB ports and the resolution is marvelous and matches the same quality as a high end 4K gaming PC. Worth it over the official docking station just for the 4K output. It's way more expensive but the quality is worth it. Much better than playing PC games in 720p like the official docking station does.

Looks perfect however it has not been used yet so unsure if actually any good

The item arrived with damage to the corner, resulting in a sharp edge.#update- The seller got in touch with me and gave me back 5£.

Stopped working
Stopped working after an hour or so. Made worse by having to pay for postage to return. Don’t bother with it

Worked for months but now it's broken
It was great while it lasted - The USB C which connects to the steam deck is now failing - The USB C wire only works if it is held in a specific place - I have to stretch the wire to get it to work now - I understand why this was sold so cheap - It lasted me about 9 months so again, for the price, what can you expect - Still recommend if you're on a budget.

Great product.
The dock works great. There seems to be some minor issue with Xbox 360 controller adapter which means sometime it doesn't turn off and does not turn back on on Steam deck restart. Solved by unplug the adaptor and replug back in. The seller reached out and troubleshoot the issue with me and confirm it may be a software issue from the Steam deck.Update after a few months. Looks like the sound is now failing. The deck no long able to output through hdmi audio from the dock. On desktop mode it shows I/O error trying to output to external source. So sound can only output from the deck speaker and not the dock to hdmi.I have lower the score, as i don't think the product is well tested and seems to be developed many faults.
