I usually use another brand that cost £5 more, without fillers. I’ve been taking for a couple of days but I don’t feel the same skin softness i usually do by now with my go to brand when taken alongside collagen.Will update once empty, perhaps it takes a little longer to see results.

Previously the only other silica I have ingested would be from Diatomaceous Earth, but I tend to forget to take that, especially as you aren't supposed to take it too close to a meal or when taking supplements or medication. Heh not enough hours in a day to space things out to fit everything in, so that is very off and on. More off at the moment alas.So getting Silica directly with these is a plus, especially as an aid to help my dry hair and skin. Thus far I have had no side effects or digestive distress and capsules were normal size and easy to swallow.They come in the letterbox friendly tub that are all the rage at the moment. Well sealed and good expiry date. UK company so you can be confident of the ingredients to GMP standards, and they are suited for Vegans. They are also very good value for a 3 month supply if you take the suggested 1 a day.

I take Silica for stomach issues. It can help with bloating, gut pain and IBS symptoms. This product has helped to calm acid reflux and heartburn and aid with upper gastrointestinal disorders. I have to take 3 a day, split throughout the day. It only works very slowly, but once it does start to help, the effects are good. It also has a range of other uses including skin and hair. I am happy to recommend it for IBS-type symptoms if you have tried other products and had no success.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you for three months. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. They come packaged in a slimline plastic container so no issues with it getting safely through your letterbox. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your skin, nail and hair health - British made and a decent dosage of 225g silica in each capsule serving.

If you've dry skin or are losing weight and don't want to have too many wrinkles introduced, silica is a good supplement to take.I stopped my other silica supplements and changed to these and have noticed no degradation in my skin softness and it's not gone dry as it would if I stop taking silica altogether. I'd say you need to take this for at least a month before you really notice any difference, if not already taking a silica supplement.Decent value for 3 months' supply. Easy to take and no side effects.

Received this free on my request via amazon vine. Seems like a good supplement, has a good amount of silica per capsule. I haven't noticed any immediate effects from it but previously I've taken silica and effects were quite subtle if at all, but that's not to say it isn't doing any good as my body has a lot going on in terms of health issues.
