Yes, this helmet is shaped like a WWII helmet. My step son is into WWII and we bought this one to give as a gift to one of his friends. It’s extremely light (much lighter than an authentic one), but it will do the trick if you’re looking for a WWII helmet look-a-like. Hope this helps!

I used this for my costume at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party in Disney world. I wore it from 7am til 1 am and I never got frustrated with it on and I never overheated. It is very comfortable and overall great. I traveled with it in my luggage and it didn't break or anything, it was very seamless.

Fit my fat head for Halloween

I wear a 7 7/8 hat so 62cm is borderline. But I wanted this helmet for my Toy Story green soldier costume & was extremely happy it fit. No extra padding was needed of course. Painted it a brighter green to match the costume. Decided to carry a green walkie-talkie instead of carrying a gun so I wouldn’t scare any kids/parents.
