I honestly do not understand the complaints in other reviews regarding softness. The cushion is perfectly soft and comfortable. It's also a great size - just enough to put my head in the best place to see the television and not crank my neck too far forward. Stays put well, even without the velcro they enclose. Wish it came in a slightly darker color to match my recliner, but that is an extremely minor concern - there are several colors to choose from. I'm happy with it.

I had given up on finding a pillow that fit what I needed. Most either have a band that doesn't fit my chair or the pillow part is too fluffy. I just needed a little cushion to support my neck and avoid straining. I was using a rolled hand towel but this pullow does a great job and it doesnt slip. I do put my hair in a bun so the only thing I don't like is that material is on my physical neck and it gets hot and is a little itchy.

The pillows, are the correct size, fit nicely on your neck and look good, unfortunately, the pins that hold it onto the chair do not stay in, popping out and now having to find them.Not sure what would keep them in place except maybe velcro.

This was just what I was wanting. I had bought a new chair and I needed extra support on my neck and this works great. Would definitely recommend it.

Very disappointed in this product- the material is very rough & not a soft Sherpa as I was expecting and the pillow is flimsy. It looks like the package had been opened and then the package was “extremely” taped back together.

Ok comfort to support neck, basic quality is poor. Overall length could be longer to allow user to adjust position of neck pillow and keep in place over back of recliner. As it is, it slides down off the back of recliner every use. Pillow could be wider to support neck and shoulder. Gets the basic job done, price was reasonable but I will continue shopping for a similar support pillow with better features.

Fits perfectly behind my neck offering bliss like comfort and support. It makes me so happy and should come with a warning... induces napping...beware. you'll love it. I bought first for myself and my husband had to have one. Enjoy

The quality of fabric used for the neck, head pillow is very poor. Every hair sticks to fabric and very hard to remove even with sticky rollers. Unpleasant sight at all times.

I size, softness and material are really good. Exactly what I was looking for. 👌The backing is rubber dots, it really keeps it in place.
