The media could not be loaded.  This watch is everything it promises to be. I read the reviews before I purchased it and it seems most are happy about this product, but a lot also complained about it not having clear instructions on how to set it up. I was up for the challenge so I bought it, plus my 8-year-old has been asking for one. Fast shipping and got here fast. Not sure if anyone is like me but I started pressing buttons before I even opened up the instructions and I must admit, it wasn’t clear at first. But looking at all the flashing numbers as I cycled through the “mode” button twice, I came to understand what the numbers were and I was able to set up the time and date without looking at the instructions. I eventually read the instructions in its entirety and to me, they were clear (despite some grammatical errors). So I am beginning to think the customers with the complaints didn’t get the same instructions I did? I will post a photo. The only thing I did not see on the instructions is how to change the backlight. It mentioned how to turn it on but not how to change it. (To change it, simply hold the “light” button and the watch will cycle through the lights and you can release when you see the color you like.. it even has an option where it would flash all colors as a backlight! Pretty cool.)Overall, my son and I are very, very happy with this purchase, would give it 10 stars if I could.

This watch was purchased for my 11 year old son for his birthday as a gift. Since his birthday, he has worn it every day with great joy. He even used the timer while running a school fundraiser (Jog-a-Thon) to keep track of his 1/2 hour time of running laps. He also loves how the light changes colors.He did scrape it against out wall, however the watch was no worse for the wear. My son keeps it on while washing his hands with no problem at all.Granted, so far it's been less than a month, but he absolutely loves wearing it. No more, "Mom, what time is it?" That alone has been a blessing.

So far, so great!! My daughter bought this watch for her brother for secret Santa Christmas. Perfect price & he absolutely LOVES it. Pleasing 13 yr old boys(or girls) can start to get tricky, but he really seems to be enjoying it. Fits him perfectly,(he’s a twig) & previous watches he hasn’t worn bc the faces are to big for his wrists. This one is perfect. Bought it several weeks ago & set it as soon as we received it so we’d know how it kept time when we opened Christmas Day. So far, it’s been perfect. Time is correct & he loves that he can change the LED color on the light. Here’s to hoping that this inexpensive children’s watch gives us long life.

My son really likes this watch. It does not come with very clear instructions and you cannot find instructions online, though. Bummer. I had to look at the amazon question section to figure some things out. But for an 8 yo it works great. With help he is able to set the alarm, which is not loud and beeps briefly. I like that it is water resistant and fits his small wrist.

Not intuitive to set up or to use the different functions, but my 8-year-old loves it. He likes the colorful display screen and the fact that he can use it as a timer. He wears it 24/7, and it doesn't annoy him on his wrist as other watches have done in the past. It's sturdy and hasn't broken yet after 6 months of use, which is saying something.

I would definitely recommend this watch for kids who are active and love to know what time it is. We got this for my 6 year old, who typically hates to wear anything extra on their wrist, neck, or head. He loves this watch and uses all of the functions.My only drawbacks are that it's really tough to see the days of the week (it's SUPER tiny) and the light only stays on for about 2 seconds when you press it. Everything else is great and it's durable.

My son is 9 and loves this watch. It's great for kids who do not have/need a "smart" watch. The only challenge is the icons for settings like alarm and chime are so small it's hard to see (especially for adult 40+ eyes)

Nice looking watch. Looks well made, time will tell on durability. Only problem I see is some of the information is displayed in very small characters. May be less problem for younger eyes than mine.
