Beginner and Budget Friendly
I have always been a budget keyboard person. This keyboard is quite good quality for the price. It has dampening foam and overall feels really nice and sturdy. I got a different cable for this keyboard, displayed in the 2nd photo, and it completes my setup. I did notice that there seemed to be a connectivity problem. Occasionally my keyboard will just reset itself while in the middle of typing or playing games. It's not a big deal but it is a little unfortunate when it happens in the middle of a game. I don't think it's my cables, but it might be the board itself. As you can tell from the photos, I've used 2-3 different cables including the one they sent.Overall it is a very good keyboard. I enjoy the sound, feel, and aesthetic of the keyboard.UPDATE: Keyboard literally broke. I have tried multiple USBC wires and the keyboard will start for 1 second or not even start up at all. There is no lights. I was going to get a replacement, but unfortunately I've had the keyboard for a little past a month so I cannot! So for reference, it was a month and 4 days until this keyboard died.

Good bang for the buck
This is my first custom keyboard kit that I've built in. Honestly just banging out this review as an excuse to type on the thing some more, as I'm nowhere near an expert on these things so you probably want to listen to one of them over me.Despite the keyboard being plastic it was a lot heftier than I expected and definitely feels solid and quality. Again this is my first build so have nothing else besides steelseries and razer crap to compare it to. The plastic clips holding the case together are really annoying to undo, really would've just preferred a few more screws instead. I removed the stabilizers to lube them but upon taking them apart I couldn't find anywhere that wasn't already adequately covered from the factory, in some cases there was a little too much lube even. Ive seen reviews on youtube about the stabilizers being a little under lubed so it seems like Epomaker took this to heart, perhaps even overcompensating. I used Gateron Milky Yellow switches and dye sub pbt caps. I also did a tape mod, which was extremely easy on this board, just make sure you dont cover the rectangular hole on the pcb where the 2.4ghz dongle slots in or you'll have to clear it to mount the pcb in the case like I found the hard way. keyboard sounds good, nice and low pitched, but that is also due to my choice of caps and switches. Did the tape mod off rip so not sure how much this effected sound from stock but i love how the sound turned out so Id recommend trying if you are going for that lower pitched poppy thocky sound.I mainly chose this over some other options in the price range due to it supporting bluetooth and having some positive recommendations on youtube. It didn't disappoint. for a little over 100$ all in I built a board that smokes plenty of higher priced gaming keyboards. Sad to retire my apex 7 it served me well but I'm quite satisfied with the custom experience.

Very good considering the price
Depending on what you're looking for, this keyboard may or may not do it for you. Full disclosure, I bought this as a backup keyboard for situations in which using a Bluetooth keyboard is more convenient for me. My main keyboard is actually a much higher-end wired mechanical keyboard. I already had spare key caps and switches, so their cost does not affect my opinion of this keyboard (but it may affect yours).I give it a solid 4 stars. Things it has going for it:- 3 separate profiles for Bluethooth connectivity. Means pairing with up to 3 devices at once and switching between them with a Fn key combination. Handy.- Option to use a 2.4ghz USB dongle is good. The fact that the dongle has a slot to store it inside the keyboard is also very nice.- Looks good. It's kind of a smaller, plastic, version of the GMMK Pro.- Portable. Size and weight are nice for travel (which is one of my main use cases for it).- Nicely packed, came with a nice braided USB-C cable, the 2.4Ghz dongle, and a keycap puller/switch puller tool combo.Things that I wish were different:- Uses proprietary software, so if you're used to using open source firmware to program your keyboard, then you're out of luck. Also, you're at the mercy of the manufacturer as far as how much support you will be able to get (although read my note at the end).- Some keys are hard-coded to some of the wired/wireless and RGB functionality (maybe out of necessity). Would be nice if you could work around some of that with custom firmware, but this would lead you back to my previous point. All in all this is a very solid choice for the price point if you already have the rest of the components lying around.Note (11/14/2024): I re-evaluated my review after I had an incredibly good experience with their support staff. I had an issue with the software not letting me reconfigure the keys correctly, and I was suspecting that I had a bad keyboard. Turns out that it was a software issue and they responded by updating the software to fix the bug. I have no major complaints right now about this keyboard.

Great starter option
Super solid entry level option. I used this for my first attempt at a very beginner board, using Akko lubed lavenders and some generic xda keycaps. This thing is mad solid, no creaking, good weight and feels like quality construction. The LEDs look great even with solid keycaps, and get decently bright. Keeping brightness around 50%, battery life on this has not been an issue either. You can easily get a week of moderate usage out of it. The wireless dongle works totally fine, I haven't tested the Bluetooth yet but I imagine it's similar. I honestly love the knob too lol, a big improvement over my previous setup. All in all I'm super pleased with this, and would definitely recommend to a first timer!
