No problems. Used this for a small metal lathe that I purchased that has a three phase motor on it. This is the 2nd VFD that I have purchased from this supplier and I am very happy with the product. I plan on purchasing another one soon for a 3 phase drill press that I purchased.

So I have a 10hp 1ph compressor when it would kick on the voltage sag was so bad it ruined my control board on my air conditioner. So I went ahead & bought a 10hp 3ph motor & this VFD. The results are better than I expected with added efficiency. The VFD has real ganular controls over RS485 & could provide just about any electrical value to a PLC, it that's your thing. I have no idea on the longevity will update if I have a failure, however, the quality & versatility is there & the support is in Asia & ~12hrs. off from the US but they ALWAYS got back with me & double check to make I'm happy with the purchase. Their manual needs to be updated & translation could be better, however, their support speaks very good english. In any case I highly recommend these guys for any VFD.

Product did work on my 1HP 3 phase motor however on decel could not absorb the motors back EMF without buying a $40 brake resistor. Company did offer to credit me $30 toward the resistor but I was able to find another drive that worked without any resistor and was $10 cheaper. So I went that way. I did get a full refund. This drive might work without a brake resistor on less than a 1HP motor. UPDATE: Manufacturer kindly responded to the braking resistor issue by adding on the Product Description Page that if you need one make sure to contact them and they will solder it in the product for you. As I said, the product did work fine for accel, I'm sure with the proper braking resistor it will work fine for braking too.

I am very satisfied with the unit . The only issue we had with it was setting up the parameters in the control for our use. The instructions could be better written as to what is set up from the factory and how to navigate through the menus. However with 1 email to the support team they helped us through it and responded in hours not days , great support! Thanks
