This heating pad and massager is great! I had purchased a couple others but they barely got warm enough to make a difference. At times I don't sleep correctly which results in lower back pain, which I alleviate with stretches and heat treatment. I need to be able to feel the heat. With this heating pad you do!I really like the fact that It is held in place with the straps, so I don't have to worry about it shifting. My pics show the heating pad /massager positioned to the front or the back. The controls are easily accessible and easy to use. The massage feature is better than I expected. It has 3 massage levels/patterns. When you turn it on it defaults to 30 mins but you can set the timer up to 5 hours. I t comes with a good length electrical cord. I would highly recommend this!

I thought this would be a great heating pad to have until I used it. It worked for two uses then no longer turned on, I will be returning. Not only that, it doesn’t get hot enough but the massager was everything while it lasted.

It is perfect to give heat and massage to my lower back where i have muscle pain. Works well. Had to use the short belt extender to fit me. Would be nicer if they made this in two different sizes with one covering the larger framed man.

It does what it claims to do but i hate the fact that this device is not cordless. I just want to charge and go but with this you have to sit in one spot while you use it. Ill keep it for those times im laying in bed and need some pain relief, but im definitely shopping for a cordless one to use around the house and in the car

so happy with her heated massage pad , so glad this is a thing i love the products i have two in my car that i use on my route to work that i bought years ago and they are still running strong (massage heated seat , and neck massage) if you are wondering is it worth it? i say yes i tried it myself it gets warm super fast and the 30 min time is the sweet spot , the material is as soft as kittens and feels very well made , you have nothing to lose and only relief to gain .

Heating function stopped working after about 4 months of light use. While it worked, it was a very nice heating unit with multiple settings.Massage feature works, but it is really useless - feels like a bee buzzing on your back with no pressure (I also did not expect any more).I primarily bought it for the heat function and that failed too soon.

Very inexpensive, great product for the price. One thing, if your belly is a little bigger like mine lol, the circumference of the belt might be snug.
