Solar Bubbler Fountain for Hummingbirds, Small Birds, Bird Bath Fountain, Red Dome to Attract Hummingbirds for Garden, Yard, Patio, Outdoors

This little birdbath/solar fountain is so cute and it makes me happy just to see it operating. I have not seen any hummingbirds using it, but it is nearing the time they start migrating where I live. It works well but does not work if the sky is even the tiniest bit overcast. As long as you know this, I think it performs well.

The solar panel requires direct sun and even with direct sun for long periods of time it does not move water very efficiently. I have continued to move the water bath around the backyard during 90- and 100-degree days of full sunshine and I just can't find a place where the fountain works. At this point I am not sure if my purchased “Quackups Solar Bubbler Fountain” would work if it was located on the sun (yes, it is a fictitious statement). I like the idea and design of the water bowl that unlike others I use keeps the bubbler in place. But if the bubbler never works, then it becomes for me an expensive watering dish for squirrels. I appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit, but this bubbler does not work.

The only feature that is relevant is that it does bubble from the center hole, only. It is not lighted as it says but I didn't even know it said it is until I looked at the description again. Lol I expected water to come out as pictured on the box. Though not attracting hummingbirds, the other birds do drink often. It does not hold enough water to keep the center part underwater for long. I have had it for over a year now and it no longer works. I cleaned it out regularly after bubbles slowed down but debris gets into the pump all the time. I like the weight and basic bowl. It is too bad the bubble thing doesn't work long or at all.

Requires direct sunlight in order for the bubbler to function, and does not store the energy. Once the direct sunlight has gone, it stops moving. But it’s very sturdy, well designed to keep debris away from the pump. After several days of use it stopped working until after I rinsed the unit in running water. Birds drink from it and I’m very pleased with it.

I was very excited for this feeder for my hummingbirds. But, if I filled it too full it wouldn’t work and then a couple of months after having it out it won’t work at all. What a waste of money and time.

The media could not be loaded. Wasn’t sure on a bird bath but with this Texas 100°+ weather i wanted to provide birds and squirles with water since i noticed them trying to use the dog bath in back yard. Yet, i also wanted it low since i have a higher sitting flowerbed.This is easy to use, 3 parts. Put together, add water and that’s it. Place it in the sun and the bubble starts to work immediately.Giving this a4 star only for the fact that I didn’t expect it to be plastic (and look it ) since the pictures don’t really appear that way. I was expecting a stone of some sort. The online pics make it like more rugged than it actually is. This is priced $10 higher than it should be for that reason.Also, not sure about the bubbler, i love it, but needs sun to work and with our current temps the water is pretty warm. I may remove the bubbler temporarily and place the bowl in shade.

My fountain was easy to assemble, but the connection of the parts is fragile, easily falling apart; the red part floats off the stem easily. My main complaint is the fact that the center hole on the red part periodically but regularly produces just about half an inch of water in a meager bloop, and at no time did water come from the multitude of other holes in the red part. The fountain is in full sun. It seems like the fountain pump is seriously underpowered. This occurred from the first use so I know it isn't a dirty filter issue. I bought this in the winter but didn't use it until this week when we finally had sun, so I'm well out of warranty time. Very disappointed. Today I got a message from the seller offering a full refund.

The media could not be loaded. I love that it fits perfectly in the urn and looks like it’s part of the flower pot. And it bubbles nicely.It looks great looking down at it from close , but it looks like an empty flower pot from a distance.I have a little trouble removing it from the urn once it’s in place. It fits so snugly that I can’t get my fingers under it to pop it out. It that makes it difficult to remove. I had to tip the urn up side down and shake it loose.I really like the material it’s made from. It looks like stone but is a nice heavy resin.Very pretty and is working great!I may buy another one for my other urn.
