This cover looks great and was easy to install.

Sadly, it came with no instructions about it at all. I have never done one of these, so it took some figuring out to do as we went. That said, instructions would have saved a great deal of time, and less exposure to whatever material this is made of. It was shedding as a cat would while getting a new coat. These little shards of fiberglass looking material were everywhere. Thus, everyone I recommend gloves for this reason and for other bumps cuts etc. while doing this work. always be smart and safe first. That said, I am new to this type of an upgrade. I can't show any exacting science, but I can say while interacting with it the unit did smoke a small amount upon warm up as was said it would. It does look really cool peeking back at you from under the hood covering up the turbo. Note it is tucked behind things like the ac compressor to. This was done to prolong the other components by shielding as much wear causing heat there against those components. Overall, testimony and specs say this work and I do have to partially agree due to shield the rest of the components from the heat generated by the turbo system. So, I am going to support this unit for its principle, and for the fact they actually do lower engine bay temps some.

While the material seems to be of decent quality, the fit is poor, and the holes do not line up well with the mounting points. No hardware provided and the OEM bolt heads are too small for the apertures on the blanket.If I had known this ahead of time, I likely would have given this product a pass.
