I cramp up and get dehydrated very easily. I have found that hydration supplements do work for me and help in my case. I was on Liquid IV for a while until I realized how much sugar is each each packet. I was drinking those for months. Whoops. I then saw PRIME in the grocery store and saw it had high potassium, low sugar (2g from coconut), moderate on salt (I eat enough of that on my own) with a few vitamins thrown in.Potassium is a hard nutrient for the average person to naturally consume enough of to meet the daily recommendation for consistently. The NIH recommends 3,400 mg daily! Each packet contains 700mg. Additionally, potassium supplements don't contain much potassium, usually around 100mg per pill, and are usually full of some other binding agents and filler. I usually drink 1 - 2 per day of this product, and Tropical Punch is my favorite flavor.I've seen negative reviews about the powder not mixing well in water. I 100% agree that is an issue with the product, but I find some flavors mix better than others. Tropical Punch mixes best and tastes the best in my personal opinion YMMV. I really hope they find a way to improve the dissolution of the product!

Product works great.

These taste just like the premade prime drinks and come at a fraction of the price. They are very good for portability and for taste. And the price, for anyone who buys these at their gym, you will know that they are a fraction of what you would spend anywhere in public. But, they have the same great prime flavor and electrolytes that you crave.

I love these. When I don’t want to drink a soft drink or a frappe these are a great alternative. Sweet, taste great and easy to take anywhere. I usually mix it prior to leaving the house. Yes they have 2g of total sugar if you’re watching that. I have hypoglycemia but they don’t seem to bother me. I don’t drink everyday though. Hope this helps. :)

I love the prime hydration sticks. I think I like them better than the bottles tbh. I can put a stick in my 40oz water bottle and the flavor is great. Anything more than 40oz and I think it’d be too watered down but it’s awesome to have a hydration stick last pretty much all day.

This is one of the best products and it goes a long way. I'm not fond of sweetness so 1 stick will do an entire gallon of water.When you mix it, keep in mind that not all minerals like cold water. So before you add your ice, go ahead and mix it into your room temp water and shake it through. Then add your ice cubes.

It may not have much sugar but the taste is overly sweet. I couldn’t stand it. Almost a sickly sweet kind of taste. I must admit though it did help a lot. I wish it wasn’t so bad it took me all day to choke it down.

So these are great we love prime so I wanted to try these and I like them better then the bottle. I can add more water so it's not super sweet and in the end save money because I get two water bottles out of 1 package. I like this flavor. I will be buying again
