Great book
I've used this series of books before when my daughter took grade 4, there are lots of extracts to practice and they progressively get harder throughout the book. Each section looks at a different aspect of the sight reading that could possibly come up at this grade, such as certain time signatures or a particular rhythm or a certain key signature.
